Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Union County

Great host, home and experience. The home was perfect for our family getaway- fully stocked with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and close to downtown Scotch Plains and surrounding areas.

I had an amazing stay with my family at this house in Newark! The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It was everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was exceptional, always responsive and very accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and even offering helpful local recommendations. One of the best things was how easy it was to get to New York. The bus stop was just a short walk away, and the ride into the city was quick and convenient. It made exploring Manhattan a breeze without the hassle of driving or parking. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with a fantastic host!

Defina was amazing! We had issues with the place with some of the electricity and she helped us immediately as well as was quick in responding. She was even kind enough to give us a return on a credit for the issue. The breakfast was awesome and more than expected. More than enough for the entire family. Only reason there were some stars were not filled was because the neighborhood was quite dangerous. Don’t walk around the area, straight in and out from the uber to the house.

The house was amazing and Jaclyn was a wonderful host - quick to respond to every communication throughout the process. The house was clean and spacious and perfectly fit the needs of my family in visiting for my daughter's graduation. My sister took her morning walks in the park, the fire pit was perfect for evening chats, bedrooms were cozy and the kitchen and dining room allowed us to have a spaghetti dinner together. Everything was smooth and easy going, the host was very responsive, the check in and out was easy and my family and I was very happy with our stay, the location was perfect also the configuration of the unit was lovely with everything in one place, it was just easy for us, I would recommend this place to anyone and we would be a repeat guess in the future. We stayed here last minute after our other airbnb fell through, and Janelle was perfectly lovely and accommodating for us. Any time we had an issue, she was quick to respond and get it fixed. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment, the location and the cleanliness for what we paid. The only disappointment was the fact that it is a sub-basement apartment with very little natural light coming in. This was not clear to us at the time of booking. AB Marketing were. very responsive to the requests and. delivery of additional pillows and towels. On street parking could be an issue if staying during week days as much of the local parking requires a residential permit. The off street driveway at the apartment was constantly occupied. The points I raise above are only minor issues for us and did not detract from our time there. We would definitely stay there again or at any other property AB Marketing operate.

Nice and cozy. We absolutely loved our stay, it felt right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed for our 2 week stay with 2 small children. We also enjoyed having playhouse in the backyard and pack n play in apartment, Olena also left plenty of toys for kids to play. Relativity close to everywhere we went is 10 min walk to train station which made it nice and easy to get in and out the city . Will book again if we ever in the area.

Excellent location with parking! Close to the airport and NYC. The location was perfect, the home was perfect for my family and I needs. I did not know the laundry was not in the unit but in the basement, not a problem. Otherwise the home was wonderful and convenient for work/pleasure trip.

The stay was perfectly located for our needs (close to Yankee stadium, Jersey City, and Atlantic City) and in a chic, relatively safe semi-gated neighborhood. The apartment itself is impeccably decorated, very fun—we loved the fireplace!

We had a great stay at this really comfortable apartment! It was perfect for our trip to New York. We decided to stay here because of the price and didn’t mind driving to NY. The place was very comfortable and accommodating. Martha was an excellent host! Very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Loved that we had parking which is hard to find in NJ and NY. The place was actually really good considering we were 6!
