Monthly Rentals in Union

I liked the stay. Osayiogie was extremely responsive and helped me with an issue we were having. The place is well-maintained. I also like the additional amenities like the towels and bed changes. And when we asked for tea, which was available but I didn’t see it, he bought a whole box for us! Very sweet of him. There is street parking so that wasn’t an issue.

Instructions for self check-in/ check-out were straightforward and convenient. The apartment was as described and street parking worked out just fine. The unit comes equipped with the basic necessities and was tidy overall. I really enjoyed the bakery, convenience store and dog groomer directly downstairs (my pup got a lovely nail trim)! The area was generally quiet with the occasional noisy car (loud exhaust system) that would zip by. Also, the barber shop music can be heard until closing but, wasn’t offensive. The bathroom door has no locking mechanism (as it is a ‘closet door’ type of knob). Also, there are zero tv channels; you will have to login to your own streaming platform (such as Prime, Netflix, YouTube, etc.). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again with our pup who also approved of the accommodations!

8-month rental. I needed a two-bedroom, furnished, dog-friendly apartment, and AVE met every need I was looking for. The apartment had two greatly sized bedrooms each with walk-in closets, dressers, TWO full bathrooms, an enormous kitchen (with island) that was outfitted with appliances (blender, pots, pans, kinves), pantry/laundry room, huge living room with a sectional sofa, dining area, storage nook near the entryway, and a balcony. Monthly housekeeping and parking were included in the rent, as well, which was such a welcome surprise! The staff was INCREDIBLE. The front desk attendants (Abdul and Snejana I saw mostly) are tremendously professional and helpful. I also spoke with Nicole often regarding my lease and planning. The location is excellent - a little busy, but safe and quiet. NJIT Union station is literally next door, a few restaurants across the street, and many green spaces nearby, making morning and evening walks with the pup perfect. Highly recommended.

Malisa reached out several times during the week to see if everything was OK and if there was anything I needed. I felt fully confident that she would have addressed any issues if there had been any.
