Beautiful cottage. Great backyard deck. Updated kitchen. It felt like home. I loved the quiet. It was kinda like glamping, surrounded by a camping environment with a beautiful home with all the amenities in the center.

We enjoyed every minute at the lake house. It was peaceful., so beautiful, and just what we needed! EvanWood was kind and quick to reply to any of our questions. If we have an opportunity, we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We traveled from Texas, Mississippi, and Georgia to Ruston for my daughter’s graduation, and this guest house was the perfect home base for our close-knit family — including my 18 month niece and daughter’s dog! With a group of eight, we needed a space that offered both comfort and privacy, and this property delivered. The primary suite was especially appreciated by my mom, who enjoyed having her own peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the celebrations. As a bonus, we got to enjoy the live music from a nearby event venue, which added to the festive atmosphere without being disruptive. The home was well-equipped, cozy, and just what we needed to make this special weekend even more memorable. Highly recommend for families looking for a spacious and relaxing stay in Ruston!

My stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. I did not want to leave. Becky’s home is absolutely stunning, more stunning in person. The layout of the home is perfect, the beds are extremely comfortable, the pool, the lake, the sunrise, sunset, kayaks, beautiful sounds of nature, so much to do without having to leave… Becky is wonderful, she is quick to respond at any time, she is kind and ensured I felt right at home. I can’t wait to bring the kids next time!!!

This place was incredible. We came in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Tech. It was everything that was pictured and more. Anyone coming to this part of Louisiana definitely needs to look into staying here. It was close to Ruston but still far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the rolling hills. Drinking coffee overlooking the lake was a perfect way to start the day. The place had everything you needed and then some. Thanks for a wonderful place to spend with family.

This was a beautiful home. We enjoyed sitting on the porch swing in the evening. Kristy was very proactive in her communication. We loved the historical charm!

This place was absolutely beautiful and so very clean! We stayed here for a tournament we had in Ruston and we couldn’t have picked a better place. After a long hot day in the sun coming back to such a peaceful place was wonderful. The hosts were amazing with any and all questions & needs! We were sad we didn’t get to spend as much time as we wanted at the air bnb and we will definitely be back for a summer vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and spacious and very accommodating for larger groups.

This place is beautiful! Enough room to not feel on top of anyone. Bedrooms spacious and bathrooms good room. See was very responsive and answered very quickly. Would definitely stay here again if I was coming back

The place is lovely, location is beautiful. We stayed there with family to attend a wedding. Has a great time. Wishing we had arrived a couple of days sooner to just chill in this gorgeous location.
