70's Nostalgia

Go back to a simpler time in this totally restored 1969 Concord Traveler at Kingfish Farms. Located just a mile and a half from the quaint town of Woodruff, SC. and a little over 2 miles from I-26. Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats and pigs. There is always plenty of firewood to enjoy the fire pit!

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

LAKE LOVE quaint 1 bedroom, private entrance

Enjoy easy access to everything in the area from this central home base. On the Eastside of Spartanburg in an established neighborhood on private Lake Hillbrook. Wake up to views of the lake. Beach access and 2 SUP are available but PLEASE ask us before you go on the water- our lake association requires an owner be present when guests are in the water. Enjoy the resort-like getaway right in town. 5 min to shopping, restaurants. Only 10 min to downtown. Unit is pet friendly ($49).

Cozy Cottage in Union, SC

Our cozy cottage is half a mile from Foster Mill Park and only minutes from budding downtown Union. Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees for privacy, natural light shines through the whole home while offering a place to sit and relax inside or outside. Sofa and smart tv in the den, full kitchen (minus dishwasher) and laundry. The bedroom offers a full bed with storage for clothing & blackout curtains. The bathroom offers a shower with vanity storage.

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.

Welcome to our cabin, nestled on +3 wooded acres. Enjoy the fresh air and seclusion on the beautiful enclosed porch or the open air deck. Exposed cedar beams make this all wood home the perfect cozy weekend retreat away from it all. Enjoy a walk in the woods or s’mores by the fire pit! Property still has a lot of trees down from recent hurricane - please be careful if you choose to use the trails!
