Stayed for a few nights and everything about this space was absolutely perfect. Super clean, private patio, had everything you could possibly need and snacks. We loved that there are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The hosts were so accommodating and kind!! Highly recommend!

Great location, walkable location for numerous restaurants and shopping. Cindy’s apartment was immaculately clean, stocked with basics in addition to beverages in the fridge & snacks on the counter. Beautiful views & wonderful area. Cindy is a fantastic host with thoughtful extra amenities throughout the apartment. I would definitely stay at Splendid Comfort again if ever in the area.

Great Location! Right in the heart of old town Arvada. Lots of great shops, bars, restaurants and parks all within walking distance. There was a bustling farmers market right around the corner as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location. We loved that it was close to so many restaurants. Check in was a breeze. Guests who like to be out and about will love the access to so many things.

This is a beautiful area, safe neighborhood, & close to major attractions. Street parking is easy. The home is beautiful. This area has everything you need. Perfect for our quick stay.

Such a great location to take advantage of all the downtown venues, the train is so accessible, and parking is easy so you can easily get out to the mountains/outdoor recreation. The amenities at the apartment complex are fun too!

Loved staying at Dawn’s downtown Denver condominium. It was perfectly appointed, clean, and spacious. Location was very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Dawn was very communicative and very proactive. Would definitely stay again!

The space was beautiful and outside sitting area was perfect for the evenings. Winnie was incredibly responsive when we needed an early check-in and when we ran out of something in the space. Incredibly friendly host and perfect spot for a long weekend!

We were in town for a concert at mile high stadium (empower field) and it was an easy walk to the stadium. We also went to a Colorado Rockies game at Coors field and it was an easy uber. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Would recommend!

5 star airbnb wish iI could of took kore advantage of the space it has all the amenties love this place for a short stay me the wife and two kids had plenty of space and the she hqd everyrhing we could have asked for and more to have fun at the house.

Great place to stay. The air bnb has everything we needed. A plus was plenty of towels (we are a family of 6). Washer and dryer was helpful as well. He had tons of blankets, blow up mattress and pack n play as well. This place has plenty of room to move around and sleep. We have 4 children youngest is 18 months and oldest is 13 and every one of them has something here to keep them entertained and having a good time. The lake was awesome. Definitely I great place to stay with family

I spent a few days at the Ashland tiny house, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the charm, cleanliness, and thoughtful design of the space. Every detail felt intentional—from the cozy lighting and comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchenette and stylish decor. The setting was peaceful and private, nestled in a beautiful part of Wheat Ridge that made it easy to unwind. Despite its compact size, the tiny house felt incredibly spacious and functional. It had everything I needed and more—smart layout, modern amenities, and a warm, welcoming vibe.

The photos and description of the property was exactly what was delivered to you in person with no gimmicks or exaggeration. What an amazing place! Every single friend of mine when we were there said they eventually wanted a house like this. Very big and it was nice that there was a bathroom on every floor. The house was spacious, spotless, and the garage was a very nice perk. Loved the stay!

Great location, clean, and had everything we needed!! Kristin was super responsive and an incredible host! The airbnb had everything we needed and was exactly as described in the pictures. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. They even had welcome Coors banquets and welcome burritos for us in the fridge. What a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again!!

This place really felt like staying at a friend's house! It is well equipped, with fun touches and clear instructions. We were in town for Bolder Boulder and we appreciated finding a listing to host our three-generation group in one place. The care shown in this house is everywhere. Truly, it reminded me of when a friend has loaned us their place. We would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Zach's penthouse was absolutely phenomenal, and we couldn't recommend it more highly! Just one of the highlights was the list of local restaurants within easy walking distance – it definitely introduced us to some truly fantastic culinary gems we otherwise may have missed. The penthouse itself is a dream – very stylishly decorated and incredibly comfortable, providing a true sense of luxury. It's located in an upscale neighborhood, which felt safe and pleasant, and we even had friendly encounters with other tenants in the building. Location-wise, it's simply unbeatable. We were centrally located to great restaurants, major attractions, and so much more, making it the perfect base for exploring. Zach goes above and beyond as a host; his attentiveness and genuine care truly set him apart. Nikki’s place was great! Our trip was focused on the Yankees vs. Rockies 3- game series and this location was perfect for that. Her place is also close to Union Station, grocery store and restaurants so a car is not needed. Nikki’s condo was comfortable, clean and cozy. We loved it! 😊 Thanks Nikki!

Very spacious unit in a great neighborhood with lots to do close by. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. Easy instructions and quick communication from the host. This was a great stay for our group of 4.

This was a nice place to stay in downtown Golden. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. This place is even within walking distance of the Coors factory tour pickup lot. We really appreciated how clean the place was and all the added touches - q tips, cotton balls, teas, coffee, etc…

Our family was quite happy staying at Julia’s. First, the location was terrifying. My father and I enjoyed walking the trail along the creek and the historical homes in the upper neighborhood. My husband and I enjoyed walking to the heart of Pearl for coffee in the morning and yummy food and drinks in the evening. The open-spaced contemporary design of Julia’s place was lovely and relaxing. We could all come together in the downstairs area, but there was enough room to separate and have some quiet space to yourself. Finally, I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony sipping some tea or wine.
