Cynthia and her team were amazing. From the moment we booked until we left, the communication was prompt and helpful. The place is Heaven on Earth! The views are amazing and very private. There are gorgeous paths on the property with exotic plants and wildlife. The hosts have everything you will need, including aloe for sunburns, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels, coolers, etc. This is probably the nicest and most well appointed rental we have stayed in. The location is quiet and only a short drive to restaurants, the market, marina, beaches and hikes. However, being at the far end of the island, everything is scaled down and there are fewer people. We found uninhabited beaches and some of the best hiking ever. If you don't like crowds, this is the place for you. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Hacienda brisas del lago was a great getaway for the whole family. It is a big house, everything was very clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were very comfortable and spotless. We were able to use the kayaks, the lake and neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Even during the summer heat, there is plenty of wind which makes it a very nice temperature and at night we were able to use the jacuzzi. So grateful to Ada for renting us her place and her hospitality and prompt responses! Would definitely go back.

enjoyed every minute at meritage! You barely hear traffic there, just waves and nature.. spectacular views and privacy..I was on the balcony every chance I had just staring off into the distance.. so relaxing! The place was perfect for the two of us. Close enough to cruz bay for dinner etc, but far enough out that it was peaceful and relaxing. They have a bigger house right next store that I was worried would be loud, but honestly barely heard them. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit if available!

The house is beautiful just as Anabel describes it. Everything was organized and clean ready for us to stay at. The only thing is you need to be prepared for the drive to the house there’s a lot of ups and down and curves through the hills you need to be very careful. The house itself is 20 minutes from the main road to where stores are at but those 20 minutes feel much longer because of the curves and up and downs of the roads.

The home was perfect for our needs with a beautiful view of Buck Island. The beds were comfy and the place very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Christine and Stacie were very responsive to our questions. The home is in a great area and so easy to find. Hopefully we will be back.

A lovely week for our family vacation to St John! Fair Winds is very private, cozy, and comfortable. The VIEW IS AMAZING. We stargazed every night and felt the trade winds cool us off after an outdoor shower in paradise. The kids loved staying in the guest house while us parents stayed in the main house bedroom. Thank you, Margaret for meeting us in Coral Bay and leading us up the mountain so we knew exactly where to go!

Great get away to the lovely Fairwinds. Coral Bay is a treasure and Margaret was terrific - greeting us to lead us up the house on our arrival and very responsive to our questions. Great trip!

Lynn’s place was perfect for us as 2 couples visiting St. John. Close to everything and with beautiful views, we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was also really well-equipped which was much appreciated!

Maria and Chloe were such great hosts! Their prompt communication and local recommendations were simply the best and made us feel right at home! They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and we did! The place was absolutely beautiful with hands down the best views on the island!! If you're looking for a private place to stay with truly million dollar views and taking a dip in your own private pool, don't look any further and book this right away! We really enjoyed our stay! Walkable to Blanc Flamingo which is great for brunch and about a 30 min walk from the ferry station (or you can taxi). There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the front deck. Would stay here again!

More than a Airbnb, this place a community of wonderful people congregating in a beautiful natural atmosphere. The two other groups there with me both have been going there yearly for almost a decade and it’s clear why. We even got offered a boat trip snorkeling in the middle of the bay among other hospitality! A fantastic place to support

This was a beautiful place and great for reconnecting with nature. Extremely peaceful and the view is wonderful. Host was amazing and very helpful and responsive. I would go here again if given the chance!

The place was exceed my expectation regarding the beautiful surroundings, amenities and quietness of the house. We were in for a beach weekend but stay a lot in the house because is a place to enjoy. After a busy day in the beach, return to sleep, make dinner and take a nap in the hammocks is spectacular.

We had an amazing stay at Pooja’s we highly recommend staying at this airbnb. We enjoyed the area and the views are incredible. You can hear and feel the ocean breeze from the bedroom. It’s close to many hikes, beaches, attractions and an all around great location and place to stay!

Where do I start? My main goal here was to find a Airbnb that had some culture & that’s exactly what I got. Everything that I wanted was there, all the cooking essential, cleaning essentials, even beach essentials. The record player was my favorite part of it all. Playing actual music on a record player made the atmosphere feel unique. The main reason I wanted to stay in this area was to feel like I’m with the people of Puerto Rico & that’s exactly what I got with this Airbnb. Behind the property was 2 chairs that showed one of the bad bunny album covers which really was a cherry on top. If you are looking to save money around the area while hitting the beach & eating good food and drinks all in one, this is the area for you. I heard birds chirping all hours of the day which I found really cool. Some people might not like that so that’s a heads up ! My overall experience was great & I don’t have any complaints. It was a great pleasure to stay at this beautiful home.

Win is just a remarkable host. She runs an amazing restaurant with a super vibe. My daughter has chemical allergies and can tolerate very few buildings, but Win went out of her way to wash the linens in scent free laundry detergent and everything is so well maintained and clean that there is no mold or other things that would cause issues for my daughter. Cane Bay is such a fun hangout spot with a mix of super quiet nights to peacefully stargaze mixed up with nights where there are musicians playing and people partying and, of Sunday Funday which is when the locals come out to party- which is fun to immerse yourself in. Great times all around and can't wait to come back! Thanks Win

Holly and Debbie's place was perfect! It was close enough to Cruz Bay but in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the covered porch when it rained. The pool was refreshing and we loved sitting and having coffee on the deck in the morning. The cottage was cozy and comfortable inside and out very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as described. We liked the location that was close to town but away from the main area. Very convenient and also nice to walk the neighborhood. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Perfect place to spend time in a lovely facility. There is no need to visit any local place. If you prefer delivery, there is a local place with a very extensive menu. The owner has a truly clear knowledge of how to run a rental place with special attention to detail and with HIGH STANDARDS. Our stay was FLAWLESS!!! We'll be back!

If I could leave 6 or 7 stars or more instead of 5 this spot would get it. The adventure to arrive here is matched by the view of Jost Van Dyke upon parking, walking through the yellow arch and ascending the staircase with lush and pristinely curated vegetation is an experience in itself. But then opening the sliding glass door and walking in, I felt like…Yes! This place is it! I deserved this. If there is one problem, it’s perhaps your desire to simply stay here rather than get out to adventure around Tortola, but this can be overcome with balanced time and relaxation here. Would 1000% come back and stay again, though ideally with a partner next time.

We enjoy our stay. Love the place. Everything was clean. What we love the most was the proximity to the beach. Easy access and private space.

I loved my stay here, Tim gave great recommendations for popular beaches. We had a warm welcome and departure. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to say during my birthday trip it was truly amazing. The amenities were well stocked and we packed light so no need for us to bring beach towels which saved us on space. They were very responsive and quick with everything asked. The home being pink was the icing on the cake!

Very nice place. Vieques was a bigger island than we had anticipated, and it was a drive to some of the popular beaches and sites, but we liked being near the main town and Playa Bastimento.
