Check in was extremely easy , no pressure to buy into the timeshare, room and grounds were very clean . Our only complaint was the service at the restaurant. It took a very long time to get our meal . The food was pretty good but the wait was rediculous. We ended up eating out at other places close by . Overall great stay

This place was amazing.! Some of the older reviews were not complimentary- I thought it was fabulous. It looks to be recently renovated with ongoing improvements. I stayed in a 3 bdrm condo (presidential suite) and it did not disappoint! Ea bdrm had a ceiling fan and individual thermostats so every guest could control their own sleeping quarters. Also, a total of 3 bathrooms with one creating a master suite. Perfect accommodations for sisters traveling together to keep the peace. Fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Walk out to a beautiful pool and beach/ bay view. Seawood was a little plentiful on the last day but did not detour from relaxing at the pool. On site staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Very accommodating let us check in early and have a late check out. Also stored our luggage until we could leave. Always helpful when we needed things good at communicating.

The views are amazing! The property is shaping up beautifully! Can’t wait to see what the future holds for them. Justin is a wonderful host and incredibly accommodating. The location is perfect for a quick trip down to Soper’s for breakfast at Omar‘s.

I loved my room—it was clean, cozy, and just what I needed. Taxis were always available right in front of the lobby, so transportation was super easy. I was also able to walk off the property and grab some delicious local food nearby. Great stay overall!

The suite was absolutely beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the location. It was worth the cost to stay here. Instructions were very detailed. Coki Beach being walking distance is a huge plus.

Can’t beat the location and views. Epic sunsets! Easy drive(not your common mountain hilly driveways/roads). Host was great, super responsive.

Great place to stay. For anyone staying in the Island, rent a car. You call the main line and guest service will have a golf cart come pick you and take you to your car. Large room and great views. Walk a way from Coki Beach. 10 mins drive from Caribbean Fish Market. Friendly staff on site. Going to be going back for sure. More to do.

We had a great stay and hated to leave. Everything is as described. The room is clean and had what we needed. Staff were friendly and the food is delicious. I would definitely stay again. Scott and Rob are professional and explained everything to a T.

Great stay, definitely would stay again. Location was nice; near plenty of beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, ferry to St. John. You will have everything you need to have a fun and relaxing stay.

This place was exactly what we were looking for during our stay on St Thomas! There were 2 restaurants on site, one a more casual beach bar style and one less casual. They had great food. The front desk was very helpful during check in and provided us extra beach towels when asked free of charge. The beach was beautiful, private and swimmable. The unit itself was spacious and clean, and had plenty of supplies to use the kitchen and wash dishes. The parking was free and easy.

Everything was great host communicated quickly with my concerns. Only negative was on the resort which I know it’s not the host fault. Smell in or around the property but manageable. The cart people were not always responsive but heyyy.

Most of all it was clean!! Cleanliness is number one for me! The loft was comfortable, the AC worked GREAT! The view from patio was gorgeous! Everyone there was welcoming, friendly, and professional! Ample parking! If I were to travel back, I would definitely stay here again! It was peaceful as well! No loud noises, people partying, or smoking. The overall environment was extremely peaceful and relaxing.

Absolutely beautiful! Great Time , condo was very clean , lots of on-site activities, taxi service was always present, staff were very responsive. Scott was very responsive and very helpful, would recommend his great property to all, will definitely be returning

We booked this as a last minute stay and Scott was quick to respond and we couldn't have been happier. Beautiful location and enjoyed the onsite amenities. Walked to Coki Beach and took a taxi to Magen's Bay. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant and nightly entertainment. Would recommend Sun & Sea Bar and Grill just a short walk away. Highly recommend this listing.

We loved it. At first we were impressed with how close we were to the ocean. Then with the comfortable bed. Then with fact that there are no other buildings looking directly into your windows. Great and convenient coffee shop in the lobby. 5$ for cappuccino. But a good cap. Bathrooms in the lobby. Game room in the lobby. Building does have hallways construction going on, so if you are not planing to hang out in a hallway, ignore it. Host is super nice and very responsive. We did see less expensive options but i think this place does get 5 stars value to cost ratio. Though we went there for the beach and not for the room so much. I d come back.

Honestly, it was way nicer than I was expecting. Great unit, 2 king beds were super comfortable, HUGE master bathroom, great AC (which is a big plus down there). The property is kept very well. Good customer service.

I was extremely happy with the place and location. Great environment, professional and friendly staff, comfortable room, and the beach and pool are just an elevator ride away. I would definitely stay at Penelope's place again. : )

Everything went well , we had to check in earlier than expected since our flight changed and we had no problem at all room was ready by the time we got there Everyone on site was helpful and friendly We will for sure come back Scott is a good host, and did communicate with us every time we needed his help Thank you so much 😊 we enjoyed our wedding anniversary

Absolutely perfect. We loved Margaritaville and Scott was so responsive and helpful along the way. After reading reviews about last minute cancellations (from other hosts out of Margaritaville, not Scott), I was worried it would happen to us. Scott immediately called and gave me peace of mind. It was the perfect week for my daughter and me. Thank you, Scott. Everything was wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at the Limetree Resort. The unit was fabulous, the staff were great, and the facilities were fantastic. The only negative to beware of is that there were hidden fees that were not revealed until check-in.
