I loved the bathroom area this studio was amazing very quiet host was very friendly and she communicated great definitely recommend and I will definitely be booking again !.

This was the perfect place to stay while my loved one was recuperating from surgery at Moffett. This apartment provided us with the comfort we needed. I would highly recommend.

The amenities in the condo were great! It was very comfortable! I appreciated the clear instructions and communication between the host and myself. Everything we needed was available for us which we appreciated. We would definitely rent from this host again!

My family and I had a great stay at this place. It was kept very clean and felt just like home with florida vibes exactly like the images. There was every essential amenity needed in the house so there was nothing to worry about. Main thing was how clean it was kept!! Loved staying here thank you so much :)

I loved this little unit. The high ceilings really make it feel huge inside! The windows also add tons of light. If you like to cook the kitchen is very large for an Airbnb. Parking was also easy.

Great host who responded quickly and was polite in communication, the stay was easy and comfortable, the apartment looked clean and was very nice, very grateful for that, the area where the apartment is located seems quiet and peaceful, hope we will come back here again😊

We felt right at home at Nima's place! We were there for about 10 days, and it suited our needs very well. Nima was wonderful to communicate with; he even personally delivered extra toilet paper when we were running out! The location made our stay so much more enjoyable. It felt like we were close to everything, with the highlight being historic Ybor city less than two miles away. The little touches in the unit were so nice, such as the outlets and USB ports on the nightstands. The full kitchen was definitely a bonus to help us save some money not having to eat out for every meal. As noted in the listing, there are quite a few homeless people on the streets surrounding the apartment. Nima even reached out to me after I had booked to make sure I understood this. I can see why, as there really were quite a lot of people sitting on sidewalks and wandering around day and night. However, we never had any issues. This is the authentic reality of being in the heart of the city.

I recommend staying at this Airbnb. It was quiet affordable, centrally located to what I needed to do. The house was extremely responsive and respectful. Giving me extra time to check out because I had personal responsibilities.

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

Stayed here as I came into town for a concert. It was the perfect space, very clean and very private. I would definitely book again!

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

Perfect oasis for a tropical getaway! Everything was just as described. Really enjoyed the use of bikes and Honeymoon Island is absolute paradise! Lori ands Gary were very attentive and quickly handled anything we needed!

It is just a wonderful place. Everything you need is already there. Very comfortable and an easy walk to the clubhouse and pool. Enjoyed being there very much. Hosts are very responsive to every need. You can’t go wrong booking with them.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. This condo was exactly as it was described, the beach was beautiful and the pool was really nice. We found a lot of local restaurants that were delicious. The owners/management was very responsive to the two request that we made prior to our stay. Everything was handled really well.
