Monthly Rentals in Upham Beach Park

We had a wonderful time staying here! It was just what we expected from the pictures, but even closer to the water than expected. It's a very short beach walk up to the water....easy to go and back forth for drinks, snacks, restroom, etc. The beach felt like a private beach on the week days...there were not many others out except on the weekend days. Several restaurants are within walking distance, we chose to drive most of the time....it was nice to take a drive around the bay areas. The interior was just what we expected from the pictures, maybe a little tight in the bedrooms, but not much time was spent in there besides sleeping. There is also a closet full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The pool looked nice and was being used most of the time we were there, we preferred the beach. Several families used the grill in the pool area to cook and eat around the pool, which seemed like a good idea. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a beach vacation!

Very lucky to have even found Sarah's place as our original host canceled the day before! Everything worked out perfectly in the long run - Super convenient location - Short walk to the beach - My son and I went down for a few days of fishing and then my wife decided to go, so it was much easier on everyone staying oceanside rather than cityside. Sarah was easy to communicate with and had clear instructions on check in and check out. Would recommend and would stay again!

This was a great little house for myself and my two dogs. I grew up in this area, but like in Oregon. I had an emergency trip due to the sudden passing of the Mother of my lifelong friend of 52 years. This cottage allowed for time to pack up her home, visit with my own aging father while enjoying the best of my hometown. It wasn’t a vacation but I really did enjoy this little cottage. It was cozy, well updated and private. Thank you for hosting us in this highly emotional time.
