In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

This magnificent 19th century building of 550 m² completely renovated includes 3 double bedrooms and 2 family bedrooms, which, by their volume and comfort, will allow you to fully enjoy a quiet and friendly stay. It has 16 beds: 5 double beds and 6 single beds. It is possible to rent the entire estate including the duplex gîte with a capacity of 8 beds (see booking link in the My Accommodation section) or a maximum of 24 people in total.

You can enjoy the tranquility of our 3 hectares of land, relaxing areas under the century-old plane trees, and a shared swimming pool secured by alarm from June to September. The studio, on the ground floor of our home, is composed of a large living room combining equipped kitchen, TV lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom equipped with closets with a 160 x 200 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Our outbuilding is pleasant thanks to the beautiful view of the Ardèche and the real relaxation it offers you with a lovely swimming pool and garden. You can enjoy the region and discover the treasures of the Drôme. Between Valence and Crest, the location is ideal for a day out. In the middle of fields, the accommodation is really peaceful and relaxing. The pool is shared with our family of 4.

1 km from the village of Montoison, in a green setting, not overlooked, quiet, you have a private terrace to eat your meals or relax and a parking space. In summer, you can enjoy the pool, children's playground, reasonably, shared with your hosts. Our big, very sociable dog sounds the alarm, but will never attack anyone. If you're afraid, don't do it!
