Ein wirklich sehr tolles Haus. Leider waren wir nur ein Wochenende, wären gerne länger geblieben. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Gerne wieder,sehr zu empfehlen wenn man einen ruhigen schönen Urlaub möchte

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und es war wieder alles perfekt. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht und der Ausblick in den Garten ist wunderschön.

Sehr steile Treppe in die Schlafzimmer als einziges „Manko“, für uns aber egal. Unkomplizierter und partnerschaftlicher Umgang. Haben es sehr genossen. Viel Platz für unsere nassen Turnierklamotten und ein kühler Pool nach heißen Tagen. Hahn kräht vorm Haus, aber wer das nicht will, ist beim Stadturlaub vlt. besser aufgehoben. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Selbstversorgung im geräumigen Küchen-Wohnbereich war gut möglich, mit dem Gastro-Kaffeautomaten (1 Kaffee 0,5 €) haben wir uns angefreundet. Bei sonnigem Wetter sind die Esstische im Freien sehr schön (Schöne Aussicht, gute Luft, Ruhe ...) Die Kinder Konten sich im ganzen Hofbereich aufhalten und direkten Kontakt zu Haustieren erleben. Die Sauna ohne zusätzliche Kosten wurde nach längeren Wanderungen zum Erholen sehr geschätzt. Ich verbrachte mit mein Kindern, Enkelkindern und Freunden eine erholsame Zeit auf der Grimmingblickhütte.

A very charming and eclectic home to stay at for our holiday. It looks very much like the photos, but has an added charm to it that can’t be conveyed by photos. It is an older home but has all of the modern amenities that you need for your stay, such as a fully functioning kitchen. The plunge pool is cold and refreshing on a hot day and our son enjoyed playing in the backyard. Although it isn’t necessarily the most child proof home, Ingo made sure that we had a crib with bedding and a child safety gate for our 2 year old. There were also some toys provided for our toddler to play with. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

Wonderful stay! Very close drive from Salzburg city center, comfortable bedrooms for 10 guests plus a big pull out couch, a large dining table for all 11 of us, and the top floor was a common area with TV and tables to get ready. Rene was a very responsive and helpful host, he made sure we had everything we needed and more! We were able to do our laundry midway through our trip which was very helpful and there were tons of coffee pods were included so we were well-caffeinated as well haha. There was enough parking for 3 cars. Thank you so much Rene for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten jeden Tag im Garten frühstücken, herrlich in der Sonne sitzen und lesen. Der Garten ist wunderschön! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten direkt im Stadtzentrum.

Felix byl skvělý hostitel! I když jsme se opozdili a musel odjet, nechal nám klíče, další ráno nás přivítal a dal nám spoustu tipů na okolí, přítelkyni ukázal koně na jeho pozemku a byl vždy k dispozici, milý a ochotný. Dům KernAlm je perfektní místo na vypadnutí z města, spoustu prostoru na krásném místě s úžasným výhledem na lesy, koně. Úžasný klid a každodenní vstávání za zvuků ptáků, v noci úplná tma a ticho. Můžeme jenom doporučit a rádi se vrátíme. :-)

Amazing house with three bedrooms and bathrooms. Three floors so everyone has privacy.

Eine sehr komfortable, saubere, gut eingerichtete Ferienwohunng mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Traunsee. Eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Frau Elisabeth war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir koennen einem jeden die Wohnung empfehlen.

Wir habe drei sehr schöne Tage bei Marion verbracht. Die Betten waren super und die Wohnung sehr sauber und ruhig. Man kann mit dem Auto näher an Linz fahren und von dort dann die Stadt per Rad erkunden. Der Papa von Marion hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Für uns war alles top, allerdings ist der Aufgang für weniger fitte etwas beschwerlich.

Carmen ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hat unsere Fragen im Vorfeld prompt beantwortet sowie uns hilfreiche Infos zum Aufenthalt geschickt. Das im Buchungspreis inkludierte Guest Mobility Ticket bekamen wir praktischerweise schon vor der Anreise. Das Appartement ist ansprechend eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben diese Unterkunft bereits weiter empfohlen.

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

Great 6-night stay in an amazing apartment! We stayed here for 6 nights with our 3 small kids. As a family that travels a lot, we were really impressed to find such a perfect place. The apartment has everything you could need - it's fully equipped down to the smallest detail. The host was friendly and helpful, and the place itself is warm, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The space is much bigger than what you see in the photos - reality is even better! Location is excellent too - just a 10-minute drive from Hallstatt and other local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. We enjoyed every moment in this wonderful apartment, and when we return to Salzburg, we'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families looking for a great place to stay!

We found a rustic alpine hut, arrived in the cold and fog, but then were rewarded with a breathtaking panorama! A beautiful cottage that invites you from the first moment, super well equipped, a warming stove for cold days, places to linger and dream. Great hikes along the lakes or to the peaks. A dream, a place to return to!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Very comfortable, beautiful, high-quality apartment with wonderful views (panoramic windows in the living room), plus quiet. Even nicer than in the photos. Very suitable for relaxing, outside on the terrace (incl. deckchairs) and inside in the comfortable seating. Even one of the beds has a great view! Many hiking opportunities in beautiful countryside. Privacy, you don't get anything from the neighbors. We were thrilled and would be happy to come back!

Beautiful place! We loved the local hikes, summer toboggan, and exploring nearby towns.

We had a wonderful time at this location! The place was perfect for enjoying the warm weather and was also well-equipped to keep things cozy when it got chilly. Everything was very clean. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient—close to a variety of attractions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fritz and Josephine were very nice. Clean apartment, smelled nice. Always answered questions politely and willingly. We advised and helped at all times and with everything. Although Fritz lives in the same house we hardly saw him and it felt like we were there ourselves. We were also in Hallstatt, but we liked the lake at Fritz more. Thank you so much Fritz and Josephine! We wish you many grateful guests. If we want to come to the lake someday, we will definitely stay with them!
