Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Our place is right in the center of Steyr only about 2 minutes' walk from the train station. There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area and the city center with the beautiful old town is only a 2-minute walk away. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of an apartment building. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

With only a 2 minute walk into the village center you are close to everything St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door.
