Apartment holiday rentals in Upper Manhattan

The apartment was perfect for our quick stay in NYC. It was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do, from seeing the sights to catching a couple of Broadway shows! The view of the city from the windows was gorgeous and ended up being a perfect way to end our night. We will be booking again!

Great location, close to Metro, good restaurant walking distance, pretty quiet place, old NY charm and a super cool and responsive host.

It is the perfect spot to have the calmness and serene time you need at the end of the day but also being close to all the attractions The house all the amenities needed, was spotless and would highly recommend Will definitely come back !!!!

Great communication, easy to find. Lots of subways within a 10-15min walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby. We didn’t spend any time in Harlem but it was easy to get about into manhatten

We stayed with our two kids here and it was a great location. Just 5 blocks from the metro north and subway station, and close to so many bus routes. It made it so easy for us to explore the whole city without getting a taxi. The place was just what we needed it to be. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. This place was exactly what we needed for a busy weekend visit. There were a lot of playgrounds near by for our kids too!

The Airbnb is located at a great spot with subway train stations just few blocks away. The location is very close to some of really good cafes and restaurants on the upper west side. The only inconvenience we faced was that two bedrooms were downstairs which can be accessed by a narrow staircase and you have to come upstairs every-time you need to use the washroom. Apart from that the living room light switch was broken and the lights couldn’t be switched off even at night. Nobody came to fix that during our stay. Overall, the house was clean, host communication was good prior to the check-in and location is nice.

The place was lovely, very clean and comfortable, and it has anything you may need for private use: towels, glasses, cups, tissues and even shampoo, tampons, etc..

Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Gorgeous restaurant downstairs, Patsys pizzeria. Short stroll to subway. Apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and catered for all our needs. Yue was a very responsive host and allowed us leave our baggage at the apartment both before check in and also after check out. Would highly recommend.

Great homebase for exploring Manhattan! Walked to Rockefeller Center, the Edge, theaters on Broadway, great cafes. Coffee shop just down the street is great too. Easy to get to from Penn Station.

Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Gonza in North Bergen war sehr gelungen. Die Unterkunft war dank der Beschreibung sehr gut zu finden. Die gesamte Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber und so ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war genau das richtige, um nach aufregenden Tagen in New York abends abzuschalten und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt von der Bushaltestelle, von der man New York in 30 min (bei guten Verkehrverhältnissen) bis 45 min (wenn etwas mehr los ist) erreichen kann. Etwas Fahrzeit mussten wir also immer einplanen, aber das war in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft auch so angegeben. Gonza war für uns auch für Fragen auch immer sofort erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft für einen New-York-Trip auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

Wir haben es aufgrund der Anweisungen sehr gut gefunden. Taxi ab Flughafen JFK. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Ein- und Auscheken war sehr einfach und schnell. Die Subway war in der Nähe und die Gegend hat auf uns einen sehr sicheren Eindruck hinterlassen. Man ist auch sehr auch schnell zu Fuss im Central Park. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft welche wir vorbehaltlos empfehlen können.

Exceptionally stylish, peaceful haven in a perfect location for New York. We loved the green mindful ethos of this wonderful gem, filled with a great art book collection. Thanks for everything, keys easy to find ! Super clean, bright, and soothing place we recommend highly.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
