100% recommendable The service was perfect. The apartment is a luxury. So nice, clean and modern. Is comfortable, beautiful building amazing area. We love Hoboken and this apartment is top. So close to Restaurante’s and Path. Don’t doubt go here.

Happy with our stay! The apartment was small but sufficed for 2 people. Shower pressure was abysmal but otherwise everything functioned as intended and the host's communication was great.

Rrezarta was amazing she is warm and welcoming and very helpful. The apartment has all the stuff you need for a family and beach stuff too!

West New York is a hidden gem, the view of the Manhattan Skyline is priceless. We enjoyed incorporating the 25 minute walk along the waterfront to the ferry (across to Manhattan) in our daily routine. Great experience of suburban New York and an escape from the NYC noise. Really felt this was the best of both worlds for our 10 days in NYC.

We had a wonderful visit over NYE! It was so easy to get the ferry or an Uber to get into NYC. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the apt itself is comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️.

We came in late; had no problems finding the place. Instructions clear as to how to get through the gate and into the home. Listing stated there was a sofa bed in the living room, but apparently this was not supposed to be for sleeping. We asked for sheets/blankets so it could be used, and we did receive them after the request. If you are planning to use this as an extra place for someone to sleep, you should tell the host ahead of time. This was the lower level of a two level home, and the noise from the upper level was very apparent. This could simply be in the way the home is built, but it was loud and those above us were up very late. In general, things were clean. Host responsive. The extra towels we asked for were provided. We'd suggest that the coffeemaker be replaced with a K-cup machine - the used grounds from a previous group had been there for some time, so we didn't use it. Would request this place again if we were in Queens, reasonably priced, close to airport.

Emma has a beautiful home and I was very comfortable. It had everything for my 5 week stay. Some highlights; proximity to NYC with NJ Transit at the corner, garden, proper kitchen and super comfortable bed. En suite, bed linen and overall cleanliness round out a favorite AirBnB experience. We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

The location is perfect within Piermont; the home is very nice, and a great value.

As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. Sunrise Lakehouse had amazing views! House was clean, had lots & lots of amenities, kitchen was well stocked, tons of family games, & beds were very comfy. The pool table & movie theatre was a huge hit. The hosts provided very detailed info & stayed in touch just to make sure everything was good. They responded extremely quickly whenever we reached out. Highly recommend this house to all those looking to spend some time in the area. Thank you for sharing your home! We had a wonderful time!

I had such a relaxing and joyful night at Estefany's place! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the bus stop, and as soon as you get off, you’re greeted by the most breathtaking view. It immediately lifts your spirits, and the best part is, you can enjoy that same view right from inside the room! This is truly a top-notch stay. Estefany and Athiaperez are both so kind and welcoming, and I already miss Rio! 🐶 I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting New York. Also, if you’re into morning runs, this is a perfect spot. Waking up and running with such a stunning view is an experience you shouldn’t miss. I’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in New York. The place is clean, comfortable, and very safe. Highly, highly recommended! ✨✨

The apartment was exactly as described and the area was so leafy and peaceful. AJ gave really clear instructions how to access and it was really easy to find. The beds were so comfortable and the whole place was really clean with every amenity. There was even a kettle, which was great for tea lovers 😊

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Everything as described. Good neighborhood. Very easy and fast to go with busses through the Lincoln tunnel to NYC (worked great even while a strike when we were there). And it's really perfect to look at the Empire State Building in the evening. What you also should know: There are 2 steep stairs to the 3rd floor, so this is not a good choice for elderly people with big bags. For all others great!

Gorgeous location, great transport right on the doorstep and a lovely spot to take in the NYC skyline. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you
