This luxurious new build cottage in the Hampshire Countryside combines urban luxury with a cosy rural feel (underfloor heating) and stunning views. It is accessible from London being only 10 minutes from the M3 and Basingstoke station. The cottage has a lovely open-plan living room, with a large master bedroom and ensuite (+ 2nd bedroom and bathroom). The cottage has a private, fenced garden, bar-b-q and parking for two cars and fibre broadband. The perfect place to relax and recharge.

Kate’s cottage

Located in one of the most beautiful counties in the UK you are surrounded by wonderful countryside. You're free to roam amongst our menagerie of super friendly pet hens, ducks, pigs and our Highland calves. In addition we have our extensive collection of historic vehicles from the Iron Curtain Museum. Woodland walks are close by. Alton Town is just a mile away. Dogs are very welcome but need to be on the lead on the farm. Our two dogs, Mary and Joseph are kept in our private area.

The house has it's own private entrance, driveway parking and fast wifi, kitchen, restful living room, bright airy bedrooms and a stylish shower room.

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.

Idyllic village with local pubs & country walks. Within easy reach of M3 & M4. Please note: No TV but good WiFi. Kitchen - combi oven/microwave but no hob.
