Prytania St is halfway between St Charles (streetcar) and Magazine St (bus). Plenty of off street parking nearby Please know I have 2 young children who are sometimes in the backyard! we are always respectful and I haven’t had complaints, I just want people to be aware that You may see a little person when coming and going.

Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything.
