Your fully self contained Studio has one queen size bed and a kitchen for you to cook, Separate Lounge Room and your own private bathroom right next door and your own patio area. . Palm View is a 1 bedroom unit. with a private entry. You have your own bathroom, open plan, kitchen, and dining. It comes with ducted air con and ceiling fans. The sliding door leads out onto the private courtyard with outdoor furniture. The magnesium mineral pool feels silky and smooth on your skin and can help ease your aches and pains, a great way to relax and unwind. The pool is a shared space. There is also another outdoor area next to the pool to relax or have a barbeque.

There is under cover parking in driveway which can take 2 cars. No parking on street as it a narrow road.
