Peacefully located on large natural plot in 2nd row to Kattegat. Only 30 m by dirt road to private beach staircase. Cozy year-round insulated wooden summer house from 1997 with large bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outdoors. Outside covered wooden terrace and tile terrace in the open air. At the back of the plot playhouse and sand pile for the children. There is wireless internet (fiber network). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house yourself upon departure, as well as that electricity consumption is paid separately.

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

This little gem is perfect for both the family of 4, or him/her who is in the area because of business. The wooden cottage is a guest house in our garden, so you should expect that we will use the garden ourselves while you rent the cottage. This beautiful cabin (32m2) is in the city and in nature simultaneously with a 5 min walk to Flintholm Station and to shopping moll but still surrounded with a recreational area for walks and leisure activities with a lake not far away. It has a small garden and terrace. It is best suitable for a couple but there is also a sleeping couch (140 cm) if you wish to share the space with more people, but the space is small. The double bed is 160 cm. Kitchen, living room and bedroom is one space.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Welcome to our fantastic cozy cottage, Björkhaga Cottage. The cottage is well secluded, in our garden, in a quiet leafy green area. 5 min from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 min from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Visit amazing Måklộ. Here our guests are well received and can have a lovely relaxing stay.

The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

Enjoy the spectacle of nature in the front row. In this unique and quiet cottage with the sea as a neighbor, relaxation is guaranteed. The cottage is just right for two people, the bed is a comfortable double bed of 180x200cm. In the small kitchenette, you can cook simple dishes on two hobs and a microwave. The patio has a lounge area as well as a dining area and barbecue. Parking for two cars. If you want to fish, the place is ideal for sea trout fishing.
