Perfect for our girls weekend! Lots of space and relaxing place to stay! Quiet neighborhood. BEAUTIFUL space and location! Close to Top Golf, swimming complex, shopping, and restaurants! Hosts were super helpful and very responsive! We had a great weekend and will be back!

Great place to stay . Very roomy lots of couches outside space was great. Comfortable beds the kitchen was great. They had everything you’d need. Totally recommend this place.

We stayed at this house for the National Speech and Debate Tournament, and it was absolutely amazing. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit—perfect for relaxing after long days. There was plenty of space for all of our students to sleep comfortably, but what really stood out was how much room there was for everyone to spread out and have their own space when needed. The layout is ideal for a large group, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would strongly recommend this house to any group traveling together. It made our trip even more memorable!

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

We absolutely loved our time here. This place is a gem - 10/10. The host was very welcoming, had wonderful communication and went above and beyond for our stay. The house is incredible, the pool and hot tub were amazing and everything is maintained very well. I saw some reviews about there only being one bathroom with a shower, our group of ladies were aware and planned accordingly and it was no issue for us at all (there is more than one bathroom to clarify, just one with a shower). There are TONS of comfortable spots throughout the house to get ready. We had many plans to get out in Des Moines while visiting, and we truly just never wanted to leave the house, we were enjoying it that much. We are already looking for dates to come back next year. I had a wonderful stay. The house is so charming and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. While the house is small, it doesn’t feel cramped in the least. You have everything you need in a very workable space. If I need a place in DM again, this will be my first choice.

Tiffany’s place worked out great for our party. Good convenient location. We had to make a slight adjustment to our plans and she was very accommodating.

Cozy house, recent renovations, modern Kitchen and Bathroom. Minutes from venue of our event in Waukee. This will always be our first choice when attending events in the area.

Lovely and unique home with lots of space and floor to ceiling windows. Good outdoor space too. Very convenient to the airport and downtown Des Moines.

Our group loved staying at Andy's place! Andy is an incredibly communicative and responsive host. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the house is beautiful and spotless. If we are in the Des Moines area again, we wouldn't hesitate to book this home again!

We spent 5 days at the Cheetah House, and it was everything described! We were in and out of the house majority of the time though so we didnt get to actually enjoy the game room, but it was nice to have! Amanda was responsive and although we didnt have to reach out to her during our stay, she still provided her husbands phone number while she was out of town in case we needed something. We will be back next year!

The house was very large with enough room for people to spread out as they wanted/needed. The house had a lot of character and was nicely equipped with everything you'd need while staying (toiletries, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, games, ect). The neighborhood the house is located in was a well established, mature area; however, less than two miles away via a main road the area seemed to get... a little nice. My only complaint is there wasn't enough coffee at the house for everyone in the morning and we didn't realize it in time to run to the store.😞 But, that is the only negative thing I could think of! Everyone really enjoyed themselves and our stay at the house. Thanks for having it listed as an air bnb!!

Our family had a great time at Kirk's place. Adults and kids both had fun playing in the arcade. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We look forward to our next stay here.

Our family had the most wonderful experience in this clean, spacious home in Des Moines! The house was spotless and had plenty of room for our whole family to relax and enjoy. It was incredibly kid-friendly, with thoughtful touches that made traveling with little ones so much easier. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The hosts were outstanding—responsive, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay great. We will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Des Moines!

We stayed here for my sister’s wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been more convenient— which made everything so much easier during such a busy weekend. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without it! 10/10—highly recommend for anyone visiting downtown Des Moines, especially for events or with family!!!

Our stay at The Roost exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family (kids 1.5 and 5.5) and my father who is disabled. The area was beautiful and gave the kids plenty to do outside. We loved the swings and hammocks as well as the friendly chickens nearby. The newly built deck added more space out back and was a pleasant surprise upon arrival. Although it was extremely hot outside, you didnt feel it due to the shade abd breeze the property provided. Kris was the best host and responsive to all of our questions. Her store next door was adorable and had so many great local options for meat, wine, and other souvenirs. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back in the future!

I have stayed in amazing places using Airbnb, but this one is the best. We were in town for 5 nights, and when we left, we all agreed we wish we could have spent more time in the house. Here were some of my favorite things: - Extremely clean - It was spotless. From the refrigerator to the bathrooms, everything was immaculately clean. I felt bad using the grill on the patio because it was so clean that I didn't want to mess it up. - Well-stocked kitchen - This was the best-stocked house I have stayed in. They have EVERY appliance you could think of, including an air fryer. They also had spices, coffee (love the custom blend), K-Cups, tea, creamer, baking supplies, ziploc bags, etc. - All of the other amenities- TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer with laundry supplies, toiletries, games, etc. Every little detail is considered. - No checkout duties - I truly felt like a guest. Finally, the BEST host! Communicative and extremely kind. I hope I can find a reason to return.
