Victoria was a spectacular host! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly handled. She made sure we were happy all throughout our stay! Would highly recommend booking with her and staying at this beautiful house! There were plenty games and activities at the house to keep our group busy + entertained.

Dieses Haus möchte man am liebsten geheim halten. Das schöne Stille (im April jedenfalls) Dorf hat alles was man braucht, Restaurants, Einkauf, Apotheke, tolle Promenade und Wanderwege direkt vom Haus aus. Das Haus selber mit seinen vielen Terrassen bietet alles und mehr. Die Küche ist richtig gut zum Kochen eingerichtet und auch zwei Paare können dank der zwei Badezimmer bestens hier entspannt Ferien machen. Brötchen holen zu Fuss, Abendspaziergang am Quai inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Auf dem Markt frisches Gemüse kaufen. Wir haben es genossen von jedem Ausflug wieder in dieses tolle Haus zurück zu kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert….

We had such an amazing week staying here as a group of two family’s & a separate couple. The villa is amazing, with lots of space to spread out around & all the facilities you could need are there. The pool & garden area are a crowning jewel with incredible views in all directions. The local village is very pretty with a nice beach & some lovely beachside restaurants. We would definitely visit again.

Die Unterkunft war genau so schön wie auf den Bildern! Waren zum ersten mal in dieser Unterkunft, wird aber nichts das letzte mal gewesen sein. Die Kommunikation hat zum Großteil mit Susanna stattgefunden, Sie hatte uns auch dann wirklich herzlich in Empfang genommen in der Unterkunft und hat sich um alles gekümmert, was vielleicht noch nicht von Anfang an zu 100% passte. Das machte den Urlaub nahezu perfekt! 😁 Gerne immer wieder mit dem Team von Paula Massa.☺️

Staying in Colonia de Sant Pere, particularly in Xavi's picturesque Majorcan home, was a wonderful experience, making it difficult to leave. While the village may not be stunningly beautiful, it steers clear of mass tourism, preserving its unique charm. It offers a variety of gastronomic delights, cozy spots to relax, and a lovely little beach. Xavi's house is fully equipped with everything you need, making it very accommodating for families with children. We also worked remotely from Xavi's home, and there was no problem with enough space, furniture, and stable Wifi. Located on a quiet side road with a nearby playground, it is perfect for a peaceful stay. Xavi was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. We had no complaints and would be delighted to return one day!

Este cantinho do Miguel é mágico. Superou as nossas expectativas! As fotos não mostram o quão maravilhoso é, acreditem. O Miguel deveria de investir em fotografias profissionais porque a casa é só maravilhosa e deliciosa. Mar de um lado (a 10 minutos a pé de uma praia de areia mas acabamos por tomar banho mesmo nas praias de pedra em frente da casa), montanha de outro (a vista da piscina era qualquer coisa). De um dos quartos vê-se o mar. E da sala também! Fica também a 5 minutos de uma Vila que tem supermercado e vários restaurantes. A moradia está num local super silencioso e familiar. Fora das multidões de Maiorca! A casa está bem preparada para grupos. E tem uma mesa bem grande na sala (que estava posta quando chegamos) e várias mesas no exterior. Apenas usufruimos de duas: a do terraço em frente à cozinha (é delicioso! tem uma fonte cujo som encanta) e a da piscina. Tínhamos receio que a piscina ficasse muito à sombra mas não. Enfim, tudo maravilhoso! Obrigada Miguel.

Everything was perfect, this place so special ! It is such a peaceful and well design home by the sea. My family had a wonderful stay in this quiet and welcoming little village People who live here are so kind, we really liked the supermarket near the beach and the restaurants around. It was a nice spot to run by the shore or swim in the calm and clear water in the morning. The sunset on the rooftop terrasse is stunning. We loved to start our day by sipping a coffee while we watch the sea all together The kids enjoyed the pool, the outside shower and the games.The house was very clean and carefully prepared. Die Villa ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber der Aufenthalt war trotzdem sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut. Das Meer ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar aber die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt, ohne Auto ist es relativ schwer in die nächst größere Stadt zu kommen. Die Villa an sich ist kleiner als man es auf den Bildern erwartet, aber das hat den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Wenn man eine relativ ruhige Gegend haben möchte, ist die Villa sehr gut geeignet.
