We are young retirees and offer an apartment in a semi-detached Basque house with a covered terrace, garden, garage and private parking. For 6 guests, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. The village of Urcuit offers a supermarket, gas station, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, bar, and a fitness trail along the Adour. Bayonne is located 10-12 minutes from the village, about 20 minutes from the beaches of Anglet and 30 minutes from Biarritz. We have also installed air conditioning.

Pleasant 4 bedroom, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private pool is open and heated from June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.
