My stay at Orb City apartments was just magnificent! 🌿 The apartment is very stylish, cozy and perfectly clean — it felt like they cared about every little comfort. Everything you need for a comfortable life was at hand: from soft bed linen to a fully equipped kitchen. Special thanks to the hosts — communication was easy and pleasant, they quickly answered all questions and were very attentive. I also liked the neighborhood: it is safe, modern, with cafes, shops, and excellent infrastructure. It was not just a place to stay, but a real little oasis, which is pleasant to return to after a day of walking. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the city!

We had a wonderful stay at Anatoliy’s flat in Batumi. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials a traveler could need. The location was perfect, with a stunning view from the balcony. Anatoliy was a fantastic host—he welcomed us personally and even brought delicious cookies by his wife Aleksandra. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

Great place near the Batumi beach. Beautiful views of sunset every night. Matched pictures and description 100%. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, even though Batumi is pretty busy city especially during evenings and night time.

If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. We strongly recommend it to everyone.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Comfortable place for stay with kids and big family. In the house you will fined everything for comfortable stay and cooking. The host is very responsive.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Svetlana was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, providing clear instructions and quick answers to any questions I had. Everything was excellent! This is a place for a relaxed vacation. Spacious, beautiful house. Beautiful view from the bedroom to the pine forest. Large green area. The house was cool, although it was 30 degrees outside. There is a parking lot near the house. The host is responsive, always very quick to respond to messages. Sandy beach one minute away. Everything is made for a comfortable stay for the whole family! I recommend this house! Now this is one of the favorite places in Georgia

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

The apartment is quite satisfied. Apartment near the construction site. In front of the windows there is a faucet to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a great location. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning view. Mayya was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. She also helped us out with a umbrella and seight seeing suggestions for the rainy days. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Gita and her colleagues extremely responsive. Helped us with any issues we had. The hob did not work, so handyman came straight away and sorted everything. Place is a dream stay, my gf loved it so much;) balcony is good for small sunny breakfast. Also, they are very attentive and give extra for the money, which is always appreciated.
