Lovingly furnished vacation apartment for tradespeople near Linz. We live in a very rural area, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for those passing through, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path), and vacationers. Privacy is ensured with your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax payable on site: €2.40/day for adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. Great emphasis was placed on making it child-friendly.

It is suitable for professional use by several people, as a residence for work in Linz and the surrounding area, for home office, but also for vacation and leisure activities. The apartment is also suitable as (discounted) longer-term accommodation for work stays, families and individuals. Easily accessible by public transport.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in the garden city in Puchenau. The Danube and the Danube beaches are only a few 100 meters away, the car parks almost right outside the front door, but the whole settlement to the Danube is then car-free, so you can walk, cycle, hike as your heart desires. One of Austria's most famous architects (Roland Rainer) designed the garden city - the quality of life here is great.
