Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

You will find all the amenities of the city 800 m away (supermarkets, bakery, bars, tobacco, laundry…) as well as the Nogaro car circuit. For one night or more, this studio has everything you need: equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, double bed, TV, terrace and private parking.

Between Landes and Gers, our independent 30 m² studio is located on a flowery and wooded plot. Not overlooked, it has its own entrance and free parking next to it. Quiet, the studio is perfectly suited for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. Very bright with its large bay window overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. We live there, which allows us to meet the needs of our guests.
