Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Urla

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. The villa is in a very good location, we have everything nearby, there is even a Carrefour 100 m away. Thanks again. See you soon, I'll be back.

The house was super amazing and Ipek was very helpful and communicative. But the Ac unit were not working properly.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her fast and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at home for a night to escape the city crowd and rest alone. It was the same as the photos. It is so nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood while being so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The ambiance of the attic, the pleasure of the jacuzzi was wonderful. I'm thinking of renting again for the fireplace pleasure in the winter season. I really felt like I was at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

Ms. Seda was extremely friendly and understanding enough to heat the house before she arrived because she was children. We made our stay comfortable. A place in a beautiful location where you can sleep and wake up in silence and we can recommend it to everyone.

Mr. Hüseyin and his wife were so caring and kind that we felt in our own home, not guests. They took care of every detail with meticulousness. The house was both very tastefully furnished and spotless. We really enjoyed it very much with its comfort, peace and warmth. Every time we come to Alaçatı, we will not look for another place anymore. We would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind!

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. The Airbnb house we stayed in Alaçatı was really great. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, helping us with everything. The accommodation was spotless, tidy, and had all the amenities we needed. In terms of location, it was in the best place to be found in Alaçatı; it was within walking distance of the bazaar, restaurants and cafes, we did not even need a car. After this beautiful experience, we plan to stay in the same place again on our next trip to Alaçatı. Highly recommend. Thank you Unda Homes :)

Everything was perfect. Apartment has a beautiful view as seen on the pictures. Its not much of a problem but the building is always smells fuel oil.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

It was my first time traveling by renting a house from Airbnb, so I had some questions in my mind, but it was simply perfect. Thanks to our host, I felt as if I was going to another country to visit a friend rather than as a tourist. Even before our trip, our host took care of all the details and we were always in communication. The little gift basket and folder containing regional information they prepared for us when we got home were amazing. The location of the house was easy to find and the house was larger than I expected. There was everything we might need for a short time, from coffee to shampoo. thank you very much again and again

Nurten and her husband were beyind kind and always checked in to see if we needed anything. Their home is situated on a pristine piece of property, that reminded me of a painting, the artists used every color available to bring life to their garden, while complimenting the breathtaking view. Mordogan translated means purple birth, referencing the sky and we witnessed quite a few from this lovely property. The home, was clean and had everything we needed, plus some things we hadn't thought of. The kitchen didn't leave us in despair, like so many other places that had us buying extras. If anything had been missing, I had no doubt Nurten would of come to the rescue. The beach and town are walkable if you are an avid walker, if not a taxi is within a phone call away. The town is full of cafes and eateries. My family and I will miss being there and hope to visit again someday.

It was a great place to stay for a trip with a big family. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Parking was convenient, and it was useful to have a separate bathroom in each room. Many types of tableware were also useful. The small garden was also pretty and comfortable. The air conditioner in the living room on the first floor works well. It's a place I want to recommend to friends and family. I hope to see you again.

Beautiful house and garden that make you feel at home the moment you open the door. Everything is right there so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. The area is very quiet (apart from the mosque next door) and yet has a small restaurant just across the street. Check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were very easy. Loved every bit an fully recommend staying here!

We had a great time! The host was great, always available and responsive to all our questions, no matter the time. The house was spotless, very clean, with a sauna and jacuzzi at the top, as well as a perfectly maintained pool. We were 9 girls and we felt totally safe throughout the stay. Thank you again for the warm welcome, we will be happy to come back and without any hesitation!

Beautiful place and so peaceful..

Both Ms. Ebru and Mr. Zafer were great hosts. 🙏🏼 The location of the house is magnificent, Seferihisar is 3 minutes away, Sığacık is 6 minutes away. There are many markets a few minutes away. The neighbors are very friendly. The house was clean, the cold drinks left in the fridge for us, the snacks prepared for my children were very stylish. The rooms and furniture were sufficient. We have preferred such houses for holidays for years. But for the first time, we realized that we adopted it as our own home. Thanks to Mr. Zafer, Seferihisar will now be our second home. 😊
