Mayo Country Cottage

Spacious newly renovated cottage located in peaceful Mayo countryside, close to popular fishing lakes, 30 mins from Ireland West Airport, 15 mins from Castlebar, 25 mins from Ballina and 5 mins from the Green Way located at Tourlough House and Country Life Museum. Pontoon freshwater beach is 10 mins drive, Ennischrone, Killalla and Westport are 30 mins away and boast fabulous beaches. The house sleeps 8 people and is newly renovated. Mini bus available to book for airport transfers and outings.

Our place is only 4.6km from the Dublin/Westport train line and close to Knock & Shannon airports (31km & 135km). Located only 4.7km from the local town Claremorris, which has boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, & great sports facilities (tennis, equestrian, gym and indoor pool, athletics track, etc). A good base for visitors who wish to explore Connemara & the West of Ireland while still feeling the comfort of home. Suitable for couples, adventurers, business travellers, and families.

Newly refurbished home, situated close to N17 with a spacious enclosed garden and yard. An ideal location to use as a base for the wild Atlantic way with Galway, Westport, Sligo less than an hours drive away. 15 km to Knock airport, 3 km to knock, 2 to Claremorris. The house offers 2 living areas, spacious kitchen\dining room, 3 beds, 2 bath. The house offers a mix of modern and traditional features, with fully equipped kitchen, wood burner, oil central heating, WiFi and modern amenities.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

The Red Fox Cottage

This is a lovely old style cottage attached to an Authentic local Irish Pub. It is self contained with front and rear entrances and parking. There are two open fireplaces. A great choice for a large family group, a group of friends, or a couple. Knock Ireland West International Airport is approx 30 mins away. There are woods, lakes and amazing beaches very close by. Ballina Town is only 8km away. Combine your stay with the perfect pint of Guinness and a chat with the locals, next door!

The Cottage

Beautifully renovated Rural cottage, Located 15 minutes from Roscommon town and 20 minutes from Castlerea. This is a cosy house, fully insulated, with central heating complemented by a solid fuel stove, with kindling, turf and firewood provided for your convenience to provide cosy evenings as the night draws to a close and you unwind for the evening. Ideally located for fishing- river Suck 10minutes away and facilities on site for preparation including locked shed.

The Golden Egg is a totally unique concept inspired by the age-old question: what came first, the chicken or the egg??? Guests will stay in a cabin designed to look like an egg!!!! Inside, The Golden Egg celebrates a chicken and egg inspired decor. Outside, meet our chickens!! Guests are encouraged to hand select freshly laid eggs for their breakfast in the morning. Lurgeen Cottage

Guests will enjoy the well-planned kitchen/dining/living area. Outside the cottage, the gardens are mature and well maintained. Two friendly dogs roam freely on the site. Kiltullagh lake is visible from the front of the property. Garden seating is available to watch the sun set over the lake.

Peaceful, tranquil, country cottage. Located at the end of a quiet country lane, a perfect getaway for one or two people. Have a bbq under the stars, or cosy up indoors next to the turf fire. A great location for exploring Mayo, located off the N17 between Knock Airport and Knock Shrine.

An Tigín- a small but perfectly formed wooden cabin in the grounds of Old Rectory Retreat.Your writing desk looks through glass doors to its' cottage garden by the stream. It has full kitchen facilities. Living and sleeping areas are semi-separated.
