IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Only 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You will find animals, lizards, hares, grouse, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. You will have access to an enclosed hot tub available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Access to the games room at no additional cost, featuring a pool table (stone slate) and an air hockey table. A noisy camp is not a camp, so the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from November 1 to April 1 and is for exclusive use.

This beautiful minimalist Nordic-style cabin was designed to relax in the middle of the native forest, home to multiple species of fauna and flora characteristic of our country; with independent exit to the lagoon (200m) where you can enjoy various water activities, bike rides, trekking along wonderful trails and miles of secluded beaches.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
