It was great to get to know the city and stay with Oscar. The infrastructure of the place is very good. Oscar is always attentive to the maintenance of the common areas. It was nice to have a coffee machine for the afternoon coffee. It is very close to the Balneário and the Fonte open to the public.

The apartment was very clean and neat. It met my needs. There was a problem in the shower that was soon resolved by the person in charge of the apartment. Point to improve: put a shower in the toilet.
