The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

200 sqm vacation home, built in 2024 on a 1000 sqm property. 1.4 km walk through the forest of the Wollin National Park to the beach.  Sleeping quarters: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. The place is reminiscent of the Baltic Sea as we know it from the past on Usedom: tall beech forest, few people, no cars near the beach – and the Baltic Sea without a promenade and spectacle.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
