Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Victoria am Meer vacation home, Ahlbeck, Usedom

Die 75 m² große Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss von "Schloss Hohenzollern" bietet sehr viel Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Die Wohnung bietet eine traumhafte Rundumsicht über die Dächer von Ahlbeck mit den zahlreichen historischen Villen aus der Kaiserzeit. Sie verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich und ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Schlafbereich mit einem weiteren Schlafplatz. Bad und Küche wurden in 2025 renoviert.

Genieße die Klänge der Natur wenn du in dieser besonderen Unterkunft in der mecklenburgischen Seenplatte übernachtest. Innen wurden nur feinste Materialien und Putze verwendet. Nichts ist überladen oder verbastelt - hier kannst du durchatmen, die Natur genießen, im See baden (5 min zu Fuss), direkt vor dem Häuschen einen Hike beginnen oder mit dem Rad vom Grundstück aus starten und um den See radeln ... am Abend schlummerst du vorm Gußeisernen Kamin friedlich in eine Wolldecke gekuschelt ein ...

It is a great base for other seaside attractions nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet on the spot, the sunset admired from the terrace and the stars looking into the eyes.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, which is connected to a cozy living/dining area. It sleeps up to 7 people and has 2 bathrooms. The garden in front of the door invites you to sunbathe, romp and enjoy cozy evenings. In the area you can hike, cycle and swim (Achterwasser: approx. 3 km, Baltic Sea beach: approx. 7 km).

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Vacation between meadows and sea Apartment 1

We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The unique, recently renovated premises – consisting of a large living-sleeping loft, kitchen, full bathroom and separate wardrobe - offer a fascinating mix of historical and contemporary that will delight design fans.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
