In a few steps you are in the stand center despite the quiet location of the apartment, only 250 meters it is to the north beach and the famous Bernstein promenade. Behind the house is directly to the south beach. The apartment has 3 rooms with 2 separate bedrooms.

The vacation home with two separate apartments of different sizes is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park." The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km). Die 66 qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Putbus, in der Nähe des Parks und des Lauterbacher Hafens. Putbus ist bekannt für seine klassizistische Architektur und als Kunst- und Kulturhauptstadt der Insel Rügen. Die nächsten Strände sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Zu den Ostseebädern fährt man ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Stadt Putbus ist kurtaxpflichtig.
