The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Equipped with a pretty fridge, kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, dripper & coffee filters. There is a wooden private terrace made for morning yoga flow. Bathrooms & kitchen are shared with the rest of our campsite community. At our neighbors "BOKA" restaurant you can get pizza napoletana & natural wines.

Villa Maria VM 8 with balcony and sea view

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

We are located in a picturesque quiet area right next to the woods. The complex has a large garden and a gazebo with a playground and a barbecue area and a fire pit. In the immediate vicinity there are two lakes 1.5 km from Lake Łabuń and 10km Lake Dobrzyca. The nearest shop and restaurant are 4 km from the cottage. There may be other guests in the garden area. The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 minute from the Waren city harbor. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing the stairs. However, when the last step is completed, you will be rewarded with a fantastic terrace with unobstructed views of the Waren city harbor. This is even more beautiful than in the photos! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.
