Our house can be used all year round. It is equipped with gas heating and a wood-burning stove. The house is fully equipped. You only need your personal belongings. The terrace overlooking the harbor is generously covered, so it can also be used well on rainy days. Shopping locally in the Netto market with bakery and the vacation begins.

All this with beautiful pine planks, clay plaster, wooden windows, everything carefully restored historically. The swimming and fishing lake is just 300 meters away, many other lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Neustrelitz is only 10 km away and leaves nothing to be desired.

The house has three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious sun terraces. Our apartments have been completely rebuilt in traditional solid oak half-timbered construction and were completed in 2019. In the house there are two neighboring apartments with separate entrances. The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 50-100 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people (3 bedrooms) on two floors, a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with bakery/butcher as well as a canoe rental.

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to get away from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee, which invites you to swim or stand-up paddle in its clear water. Or for nice bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg offers many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
