All this with beautiful pine planks, clay plaster, wooden windows, everything carefully restored historically. The swimming and fishing lake is just 300 meters away, many other lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Neustrelitz is only 10 km away and leaves nothing to be desired.

The house has three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious sun terraces. Or for nice bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg offers many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
