Luis was very helpful and responsive. I had an a good experience overall. I did have issues opening the door couple of times. The bathroom sink is not properly working. I had to use the kitchen sink most of the time. It’s only stairs just to be aware there’s no elevator at all. You’ll be walking up the stairs to the 4th floor. if you’re wanting to watch a movie bring a laptop. Tv has only regular tv channels. Plenty of restaurants around the block. I loved that there’s a convenience store and a nail salon downstairs. The coffee shop across has amazing coffee and food. It’s best for solo travelers it’s a small studio.
