We had a wonderful time with Apple. It ended up being just me and my partner for the class. We really enjoyed going through the market with Apple where we learned a lot about the local foods. She made cooking very easy and fun! Her kitchen is well set up for the class and make sure you don’t eat before because you make a lot of food during the class that you get to eat. She does have to go containers if you need it. Apple was so sweet, fun and knew a lot about cooking and Thai food. Very recommended for a cooking class!

Apple showed me an amazing time! She picked me up from my hotel, and we went grocery shopping before heading back to a beautiful, open kitchen with great equipment and a nice stove. All the food we cooked together was absolutely delicious. She even dropped me off at the airport afterward! Highly recommend—so accommodating and thoughtful!

The most fun I had in Chiang Mai! Apple is awesome and is so passionate about her work. We enjoyed a traditional, local market to start and grinding the curry paste with the mortar & pestle was a special touch. Had many laughs. A must try!

I took this class with my family (including kids 9 and 16), and it remains our favorite Chiang Mai experience. Apple was so warm, funny, and patient. From shopping in the market, to meeting her mom, we truly loved the entire day’s experience. Highly highly recommend setting aside a day to cook with Apple during your Chiang Mai visit!
