Great quiet cottage with all the amenities! Would stay again!

Alexander is an amazing host. The property is like a small oasis within the city limits. The property and house are extremely clean. The live plants in and around the property are a great touch!

Good location to where we wanted to be in more North Miami. The home was clean and ready to go by check in. Check in was easy to follow. Quiet area that is attached to another home. It was a 14 minute drive to the airport. The host was responsive, we had no issues during our stay. The water did get hot in the shower, bed was comfy to our liking. There are no tvs in the rooms, which wasn’t an issue for us. The only thing as mentioned before by others is small ants in the common areas. We did not find any in our rooms luckily but make sure to clean up after yourself and leave no food out anywhere even if you use a dish, clean it immediately. The ants are tiny and harmless but they do show themselves. Not sure how exactly to get rid of ants but other than that, everything was fine.
