Our second time staying at Patrick's place and we loved it just as much as the first time! It's so warm and inviting, and sparkling clean! The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms, of which there are 2, are squeaky clean! As is the rest of the place! And our dogs felt right at home😊Had a minor issue with the heat, but Patrick sent someone right over to fix it! We can't wait to go back!

This place is a must stay if you are coming to Nashville. It was incredibly well maintained, beautiful, and in a great spot. Patrick was responsive and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Nashville!

This house perfectly met our needs as a family of five. The beds were very comfortable, and after spending so many nights in a hotel room, it was fantastic getting to stretch out! The entire house felt cozy and inviting. We would absolutely stay here again if we head back to Maine.
Patrick was so quick to respond to any message. We had no issues at all. All the instructions to get in and to check out were easy to follow and do. Incredible hosts with a great location!

From the moment we arrived at 359 River Drive, we were struck by its beauty a serene retreat that feels almost otherworldly. The home sits gracefully along the river, where every detail seems touched by care and harmony.

Our hosts were exceptional always available, attentive without ever intruding, and genuinely kind. The neighbours were equally polite, adding to the welcoming and peaceful atmosphere that makes this place feel like home.

The views from the dock were nothing short of mythic. At sunrise, the water shimmered like molten gold, the mist rising softly as though the gods of ancient Greece had just breathed life into the day. And at sunset, the sky blazed with hues of amber and rose, mirrored perfectly on the river’s still surface a sight worthy of poetry and legend.

Inside, the rooms were spacious and airy, filled with natural light that moved gracefully through the day. Every corner was spotless, a reflection of the hosts’ pride and attention to detail.
