We were lucky to be able to enjoy a four week stay in Ping Pool Villa 1 with a group of family and friends. The location was idyllic with views over the Ping river. The pool was perfectly positioned to make the most of the setting. Whilst the villa felt very peaceful and private it was easy to call a Grab to get into the city and only a short distance to visit the local food market, bakeries and local eateries. It was reassuring to have Joy and Joerg living just a few doors away and they were always helpful and had many great recommendations and suggestions. We recommend taking advantage of the in house meals and poolside barbecues - all delicious and beautifully presented. We had such a lovely time we are looking forward to going back when we can! We had such a great stay here! Joy and Joerg were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond—organizing a driver for us from the station and even setting up a lovely BBQ dinner when we requested for it (for an extra fee), which was such so nice. They also shared great local recommendations that really helped us make the most of our time in the area.

The property itself was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with a fantastic pool and a lovely aesthetic throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Chiang Mai—you’ll be well taken care of!

Highly recommended! Joy and Jeorg were warm and welcoming hosts for a week for our group of 23 across several family groups. The villas were lovely - clean, spacious, well-equipped with large outdoor spaces and attractive grounds and welcoming pools. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area - convenient for Chiang Mai ($5 25 minute taxi ride via Grab app) and surrounding sights. We wished we had longer than a week to explore the area. We ate most of our dinners at the villa - Joy is a fabulous cook and it was such a treat to have amazing Thai meals together as a group in the comfort of the villa. The dinners were a highlight for us!!

Very pretty view, and definitely close to nature - we stayed in both villas and had a great time. The cooked Thai dinner was also incredible!
