This was our second time staying here. The house was clean and we had wonderful time playing board games as well as Pac-Man and Pinball. The kitchen has everything we need. The owners are easy to work with and quick to respond.

Caroline’s place in historic arvada was so lovely. The cozy basement den was perfect for our little family movie night!

Caroline was the perfect host from booking until check-out. Her place is full of lots of extra details that make your stay absolutely perfect. The view of Pike’s Peak out the front door, the squeaky clean kitchen and bathrooms, and the comfy beds all combine beautifully. The lower level is primo with pinball, Pac-Man, an actual record player, and lots of comfortable seating. If we return to Colorado Springs, Caroline’s place will be our top pick!
