The cabin and its amenities were everything we could want! We enjoyed and used the personal hot tub and fire pit daily. We also used most of the other amenities on the property such as the hammocks, dry sauna, and putt putt golf. The cabin itself was clean and stylish. Being a gated area meant there was no traffic. The area was quiet and peaceful. We loved this location for its close proximity to several state parks and waterfalls. We also ate at several good restaurants in Cookeville. It is also close enough to Nashville that we did spend one afternoon there. I did message Jake once during our stay and he was quick to respond.

This space was something magical. It truly is a romantic getaway. The privacy is unmatched and it was such a peaceful space. It allows you and your partner to just be with one another and enjoy the space and nature. We will hopefully be back one day to experience the space again. Can’t recommend enough!

Our stay at this cabin near Cummins Falls was absolutely perfect! The facilities were amazing. We truly didn’t need anything else to relax. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, grill, and cozy fire pit. Our son had the best time playing on the basketball court, pickleball court, and mini golf,not even the rain could stop him!

It’s the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature while still enjoying upscale comfort. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. Jake was a wonderful host — friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

We highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway close to nature. We can’t wait to come back!
