Very accessible/walkable by bus/subway and Michael was communicative and helpful.

Michael was very friendly! Room was exactly as pictured. Do keep in mind there are two other rooms other guests will be staying in, and as a result, the shared bathroom was not squeaky clean, but that’s a result of the other simultaneous guests, who were quiet and respectful.

Michael was a great host! So friendly and welcoming, and was accommodating enough to let me check in a but early. The place was clean, and we made use of the washer/dryer, TV, fridge.

I appreciated Michael's hospitality. The location was easy to find, clean and well-kept.
