We were lucky enough to spend a month in Martin's apartment, and we loved our stay! If you are looking for peace and quiet in an idyllic setting, this is clearly the perfect place, our favorite to stay in Ushuaia. You can't get enough of the view from the bedroom and living room balconies, with the Beagle Canal as a backdrop! Private access to the canal is also a real plus, very appreciable. The apartment is very comfortable, especially the bedding. A big thank you to Martin, always responsive and available when needed. We will come back without hesitation!

Exclusive studio apartment with large windows and a balcony, very functional and warmly furnished, in a brand new modern building, located on Calle San Martín, in the heart of the city's tourist center and historic district. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable, with a toilet, bidet, vanitory, and shower with glass screen. It has a table and chairs for 4 people. The third passenger can rest on a sofa bed with a standard folding mattress that is 130 cm wide and 12 cm thick.

Martín was always very attentive, responding instantly and helping in every way possible. The apartment has everything to have a great time in Ushuaia, with an incredible view and great heating. Highly recommended.

People of the South - Krund

Host was excellent communicator. Made me feel like I could ask anything and they would answer. Parking was a little tricky but street parking is that way. Felt very secure with the locks. Views were beautiful. Cooking utensils were well used but there was only one towel for the kitchen. Stove was hard to use and no clear instructions. Refrigerator was perfect size as well as the microwave. The TV had lots of channels but unfortunately none in English. We really enjoyed our stay! It was an amazing location.

The place is divine! The window gives you an incredible view to Ushuaia, we could not stop observing it, it is not on the main street, but you are nothing far walking, approx 5 minutes at most.
