It's warm, comfortable, and cozy. Located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Ushuaia, just 100 meters from a reserve. Ideal environment for walking, resting or sighting the flora and fauna.

Equipada con una cocina horno a gas, heladera, vajilla completa, microondas, tostadora, pava eléctr, cafetera. -Living comedor. -Cuenta con 2 baños, uno con bañera en y un toilette. -Acceso de 60 metros en leve subida con nieve en invierno.

There is a grocery store 2 blocks away and the forest is only 150 meters away. It is accessed by a staircase that is shared with the main house

Located just 10 minutes from downtown by car , taxi or remis , 30 minute walk , public transport just 700 meters .. You'll love my place because the space is cozy , bright with a wonderful wood stove. The view is to the forest and mountains. My accommodation is good for couples , adventurers and families ( with children).
