'Belle Époque' apartment in the heart of the mountains.

This 2-room apartment, completely renovated in a "Belle Époque" style, is on the first floor of a residence with elevator. It has private parking. Quiet, not overlooked, surrounded by parks and mountains, on the banks of the Ariège, it will delight nature lovers. It is 250 meters from the Ussat-les-Bains thermal spa and 2 km from Tarascon-sur-Ariège which offers all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, swimming pool, cinema, library, train station, historic center...)

The accommodation comprises a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with bay windows, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a toilet, a bathroom with shower and sink, 2 terraces. It is surrounded by meadows and forests. The altitude is 750m, the distance to Foix 5km. Sheets, towels, kitchen towels and essential cooking product are provided. Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price.

With family, friends or a couple, come and recharge your batteries and have a pleasant time not far from the Ussat thermal baths and close to Andorra. For the more athletic, the region is full of activities (paragliding, canyoning, via ferrata, etc.) but you can also marvel at the Lombrive Cave, the Niaux Cave, and the Prehistory Park.

Located in a green area close to Tarascon-sur-Ariège. 20 minutes from the ski resorts, 45 minutes from Pas de la Case, and 10 minutes from Foix. Many hikes and tourist attractions (caves, prehistoric park, wolf park, tree climbing...). The village has natural hot springs where treatments are offered (Special rates offered for spa guests!).
