Die Wohnung ist auf dem Land und doch nahe der Stadt Zürich. Der Bahnhof Erlenbach, mit super Verbindung nach Zürich und zum Flughafen, ist in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit Teilsicht auf den See und einen Weinberg. Du wirst die Wohnung mögen, weil sie hell, gemütlich ist und mitten in schönster Umgebung liegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, See und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Das Gästebett ist ein bequemes Airbed (Luftbett) mit Futon für 2 Personen.

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant is in the same building as the apartment. Grocery stores 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

This cosy apartment in Erlenbach will make you feel right at home! The location is fantastic, with everything you need easily accessible- 5 minutes by foot to the train station "Winkel am Zürichsee," and from there it's 15 mins to downtown Zürich. You can also stroll down to the water in five minutes and enjoy the charming Strandbad. From the patio, you can enjoy the colorful sunsets at night. The flat is newly renovated, with a gourmet kitchen, new wood floors, and modern bathrooms.

Enjoy the tranquility of a place surrounded by greenery and 20/30 minutes far from the center of Zurich. At the moment I offer a Shared apartment (with me) with a separate room with a bed. Kitchen and bathroom are shared and you can feel free to cook whatever you want ☺️ - There are two beds one of 160x200 and one 140x200. Garden apt - short trainride to Zürich, near lake

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.

Von dieser charmanten Unterkunft aus ist es 20 Minuten bis in die City von Zürich mit Bus oder Bahn. Airport ca. 30 Min entfernt mit Bus oder Bahn. Greifensee Naherholungsgebiet zum Wandern/ Entspannen oder Baden. Mitbenutzung von Garten bei schönem Wetter. Frühstück kann gerne zubereitet werden und im Esszimmer serviert werden. Bei Bedarf auch Candle Night Dinner gegen Aufpreis.
