Villa holiday rentals in Ústí nad Labem Region

Don't let the first look scare you. Yes it looks a bit aged with the wooden windows and the retro furniture but the place is perfectly fine. The kitchen is recent and has all the appliances you need. The bathroom has a rainshower and there's a washer and dryer! Clean sheets and towels were provided. Rooms are clean and spacious. The garden is quite large and has a trampoline that's in good state, garden furniture and a BBQ. We had some trouble with the wifi but Vit responded fast to help resolve the issue :) There's a bus within walking distance and supermarkets less than 10 min by car. We had a lovely stay and can recommend this house.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Martin gefühlt. Die Villa und der Garten sind wunderschön und die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb in einem idyllischen Städchen. Zentrum und Supermarkt sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Uns hat besonders gefallen, dass es dort weniger touristisch ist und doch alles vorhanden ist, was man sich als Urlauber wünscht. Die Lage ist super, um in der böhmischen Schweiz zu wandern. Viele Highlights sind in weniger als 30min zu erreichen. Ein Wanderweg führt sogar direkt am Haus vorbei. Auch die sächsische Schweiz lässt sich gut erreichen. Martin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich empfangen. Er hat uns Tipps für die Region gegeben und alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos gezeigt identisch und es ist im Herbst eine schöne, ruhige Lage. Das Personal ist freundlich am Empfang und beantwortet alle Fragen.Die Unterkunft war saubere wie wir es auch von den bisherigen Unterkünften gewohnt sind. Gerne wieder.

Wirklich geräumig und sehr ruhige Lage. Viel Platz auf dem Grundstück für Kinder. Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ------ Opravdu prostorné a velmi klidné místo. Na pozemku je dostatek prostoru pro děti. Hostitel je velmi přátelský a ochotný.

We were a group of 11 friends, who travelled over a weekend from Berlin. It was easily accessible from Berlin with a car, being located very close to the German border. There is also a shopping place nearby. The holiday home offered ample bedspaces and is as described. The kitchen is well equipped and the backyard also is a great addition. The sauna, table tennis and pool table offers great activities to relax and have some joyous times with friends. The area is very private and has some beautiful walking trails. Overall, we would gladly recommend the holiday home to anyone looking for a similar experience.

We had a fantastic time. Martin gave us a friendly welcome to his property. The apartment is beautifully furnished, there are many places to relax on the property and you hardly notice the other guests in the house. The dogs, which occasionally run around freely, are also very quiet. Thank you very much for the great job of renovating such a beautiful old house and opening it up to guests.

Ubytování přesně splňovalo to, co jsme potřebovali - pohodové bydlení pro rodinu se třemi dětmi. Hostitel byl aktivní v komunikaci, vše bylo připraveno, s ničím nebyl problem. Moc děkujeme za příjemný pobyt.

Hostitelka byla úžasná, milá, komunikativní, přesně jak by to mělo vypadat. Nikdy jsem nevidela hezčí vilu, design, čistota. Není nic co by se dalo vytknout

Wir waren zu 9 in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist super und bietet alles was man braucht. 3 verschiedene Grille sind vorhanden (Smoker, Weber und offene Grillschale). Mehrere Duschen und WCs machen es viel einfacher, wenn man mit einer grossen Gruppe anreist. Das Haus hat mehrere Zimmer mit 3 bzw. 2 Betten. Die Aussicht auf den Kanal ist Bombe. Ich empfehle wärmstens die Unterkunft samt der Bar zu buchen. Die Bar ist genial. Viel Platz, Musikanlage, Beamer, TV, Bühne, Lichtmusik und eine Zapfanlage sind vorhanden. Das bringt das Grillen am Abend und das Zusammenfeiern auf ein neues Level:) Direkt vor dem Haus sind genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden für locker 7-10 Autos. In der Nähe (max 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es viele. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel von bekannten Supermärkten. Michal ist ein freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und ein super Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet viel Platz für eine große Gruppe. Das Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Sehr schön ist die ruhige und ungestörten Lage. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich direkt der Schloßpark und ein Wanderweg, sowie im Sommer ein Biergarten mit Spielplatz. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien.

We had a really pleasant stay at Marie's place. The super neat and tastefully decorated flat has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Marie and her family are super welcoming and everything worked out very smoothly with the check-in and out. Thank you :)) To extraordinary Saxon Switzerland is an hour's ride, while you can go for a full day visit to Prag with about a 1.5-hour drive.

Es ist unser 3.Mal in der Villa gewesen, dieses Mal im Obergeschoss, in Zimmer 5. Wie immer ist alles schön, sauber und praktisch im Zimmer, es gibt genügend Platz, alles zu verstauen. Frau Alena Bernhardt ist die "gute Seele" des Hauses; sie hält täglich alles in Ordnung, ist sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Dankeschön und herzliche Grüße :-) Wir haben uns wieder herrlich erholt. Der Garten bietet Obstbäume, gerade werden die Pflaumen und Birnen reif... Das Internet / wlan hat durchgängig sehr gut funktioniert. Die neue Küche im Keller sieht super aus, bei voller Belegung wäre eventuell ein zweiter Kühlschrank ganz gut.

The house itself is an old beautiful castle like surrounded by lots of grass and space for my friend’s dog to run through and play. The room was very bright with lots of air and it was all very clean and inviting :) The people working there were very kind , helpful and smiling. We felt very comfortable and could recharge well 🌷

We had a great time at Gabriela’s. The old villa and the surroundings are picturesque, the room and the kitchen are very comfortable and she was very caring by providing the fire at the fireplace at the end of every cold day I spent hiking with my two sons. Recommend to anyone.

Wir waren den 2.Sommer hier in der Villa, dieses Mal in Zimmer 4, mit Balkon und Kühlschrank. Wir haben diesen Luxus sehr genossen. Meist hatten wir die Villa nur für uns, wenn andere Gäste mit vielen/ kleinen Kindern kommen, geht es natürlich laut zu und bis spät in die Nacht. Von Chomutov aus haben wir viel außerhalb unternommen, aber auch in Chomutov ist es wunderschön. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Nigel makes a true , FULL English breakfast , definitely dont miss out on that His house sits on a huge compound with a lovely garden , parking spaces , swimming pool that will calm any stressed out traveler . Bed is very comfortable and the toilet is new , clean and has two sinks
