This sunny and modern apartment ( 68 sq m) is just 400 meters from a wide, guarded beach on the Baltic Sea. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and terrace. Two TV sets, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, cooker etc. The apartment is situated in a gated community and so very safe. Facilities include a safe playground, parking place, barbecue area, volleyball pitch and bike rental ( 7 $ per day) is available. Wi-Fi is free in the apartment. The community is surrounded by the Eastern Eco Park. You can ride on a magnificent bike path ( Bike the Baltic) which run through the Park and dunes to the center of Kołobrzeg within 15 minutes. Around the apartment are small grocery shops, bars and a cafe. You can enjoy sea-fishing, horse riding, Nordic walking and all kinds of water sports. The closest beach is one of the most beautiful, wildest and cleanest in the area, and is almost empty even during the summer season.

I invite you to a cottage built in the structure of a Prussian wall from the 19th century with a touch of modern luxuries (Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, comfortable bathroom and others). The area is popular among lovers of sunbathing (950 m to the beach), seaside walks and cycling. The cottage smells of wood and freshness, and from the outside it is whipped by a seaside breeze. There is a large wooden terrace next to the house and plenty of space for games and fun.

Free parking, barbecues, a separate fire pit, bicycles and attractions for children (trampoline, sandbox, playground, etc.) are available. The cottage is located 1700 m from the sea in a quiet part of Pogorzelica (about 15 min walk, 3 min by car).

A 20-minute walk to the city center. 900 meters to the Shopping Center, "Carousel". 2.8 km to the beach. Easy access near the S6 road and bicycle paths. The entire plot with a cottage of about 500 m2 is fenced, a gazebo, a fireplace and a barbecue are available, as well as a fireplace in the cottage.
