The house look exactly like the photos. Cindy was very responsive to any questions that I had . The house at Residencial Nueva San Miguel. Close to Walmart. Garden mall. I recommend this house to anyone and I will rent this house again in the future.

I had a great experience in this home. The price is very reasonable for all it has to offer. The place was impeccably clean, well maintained and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, the hosts were very kind and attentive at all times, which made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My second time staying at this place. Very convenient! San miguel only 7 min away. New mcdonald 3 min away. Price mart 3 min away. I would stay at this place again in the near future !! San andres community its the best.

This AirBnB is perfect when visiting San Miguel, El Salvador. It is spacious, fully equipped and it has a pool. It is also inside a gated community which makes you feel safe. The home is close to El Encuentro mall where there's restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Everything you need. The hosts were so helpful. Answered all of our questions in such a short time. This is the second time we stay at this AirBnB and will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

Very clean, had air conditioning throughout the home which is key for an American struggling in the heat. It had all of the amenities of America. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. I have stayed in several air bnb’s during my visits to El Salvador and this was the nicest and cleanest one I have stayed in.

A safe and quiet place to be with family and friends

Benjamin was our host during our stay. He was very helpful and attentive to our needs. My dad and I felt quite comfortable at the house, and were able to reach out to him when anything came up at the house. Benjamin was very kind to us both and showed appreciation for our time there. He also helped us find some help for some tasks that we needed to get done while in El Salvador. I would definitely recommend staying at his house if you find yourself in San Miguel. The house itself is also situated near a lot of great vendors, which makes it easy to go out and get something to eat or shop for food nearby. The grounds of the area are pretty well maintained, which makes it a very inviting neighborhood to walk in and the security in the neighborhood was top notch. They were all very nice and helpful as well. My family and I would definitely stay here again if we came back to San Miguel.

The house is beautiful and spacious. Had a few issues in the house, had no AC working in the living room, Mario tried his best to fix it, but it was a complicated issue. He did resolve the other issues I had in a fast way. Despite those issues, i did enjoy my stay and loved the place, felt like home. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

This house at megapoli it’s perfect private, but at the same time. Still be able to get anywhere from there within minutes. It’s clean very neat. It has everything. Anyone could need. I definitely recommend it to anybody who’s looking to get away in san Miguel. Stephanie the Airbnb a coordinator did a great brooking keeping me well infron .
