Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Utah County

Tyler was very proactive and responsive. Instructions were clear. Location is perfect- right next a grocery store, walkable to downtown, very close to BYU. Apartment has everything that is needed and advertised. Bed was very comfortable. Just a note that this is a 2nd floor apartment with no accessible elevator.

Nice place, quiet neighborhood

It was a very nice apartment with a lot of amenities to spend the day without going out. The inside and outdoor pool was a great option.

Excellent air bnb experience. Exactly as described. Pristine, super quiet, and private. Very responsive communication and details were very clear. Steps leading down to entrance could use some lighting if you come in late at night but that's a small detail compared to the excellent experience.

It was our second time staying at one of Tyler’s apartments. It’s the perfect place to land when visiting Provo and the surrounding areas- Walkable to many restaurants and literally across the street from a grocery store. Tyler’s place was clean, comfortable and felt like home.

We fell in love the moment we walked in. Tall ceilings and windows plus the exposed bricks and ductwork made it seem like we were staying in a NYC loft. Being able to cook meals is something we are always looking for, and with a full sized kitchen we were able to do that. There was tons of storage in the kitchen, bathroom, and walk in closet. The location is within walking distance to a Main Street area with tons of good food and fun shopping. The beautiful Provo City Center temple is also very close. Also has pretty easy access to main roads. We felt at home and will come back when we can.

This is how an Airbnb should look and feel. Very homey and comfortable. The couch, bed and decor made me want to move in. Seriously, a really nice Airbnb! We were there in the Shoulder Season, which meant that not all of the shops and restaurants in Midway were open, but we still had enough to choose from and loved the fact that we were the only ones at the pool two days in a row. Easy check-in and checkout, good amenities and great coffee and pastry shop on the property. Such a relaxing place. Other reviewers mentioned the nice view out of the windows (green fields and horses and cows) and it’s true—so nice not to be overlooking the parking lot. If you stay here, go eat at The Back 40 Ranchhouse Grill, in Heber. Farm to table food, which was absolutely delicious and great atmosphere and staff! We had a fabulous stay! Very nice accommodation for our family as we gathered for two funerals. Great backyard with pushing, trampoline and basketball for kids. We’d stay there again!

The house was very clean and spacious. The swing set in the backyard was a hit for the kids.

Very convenient location to byu! Jesse was always very responsive and we had a great four days at his place.

AMAZING!! Everything was perfectly decorated and so easy to find. The house had everything that we needed. We even brought our dog and he loved the outdoor space. The owners were very responsive, and they gave all instructions before they were needed. It was a home away from home. Next time we are in American Fork we will let you know!!

pictures do not do this house any justice! beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for a large family traveling which was why we ended up in this home, beds are SUPERRRRRR comfortable, everything was clean and easy to find, don’t remember seeing anywhere on the listing but there is a high chair and a play pen available for your little which was a bonus for me! Would definitely recommend staying in this cozy home. Host was also really helpful and has a fast response time. Thank you for allowing me and my family stay here!

The home is really amazing. Pictures are accurate and the home is really beautiful and comfortable. We loved sitting on the back deck and listening to the nearby stream. The kitchen and amenities were great!! Location is really close to hikes and Sundance resort. Would stay here again.

We selected Michelle’s place because of its convenience in location. We traveled in to town to be with family through a difficult time and felt like we were right at home. The house is fully stocked with plenty of everything you could need. Michelle was able to accommodate our check in and out needs and made our stay so easy. We would definitely look to stay here again in the future, hopefully under better circumstances.

This listing is in a beautiful neighborhood. Even though it is more on the west side of Provo, it is still very convenient to get to the BYU campus. The basement apartment is extremely clean. Torrey was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.
