Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Utah County

The hosts were kind, responsive, and extremely professional. The house had unbelievable views, amazing amenities, and was perfect for our group. Easy access to Park City / Sundance is a huge plus. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay to others!

This was a great place for my cousin and I visiting friends! The place was actually a lot bigger than the pictures made it look! Diane was always super helpful and responsive when it came to any questions or concerns we had. The power went out briefly at one point and she brought us a flashlight and candles. Diane is a great host!

Absolutely loved the house and the view! We were in town for my oldest daughter’s wedding. We had 16 people in the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. Kids loved the downstairs to play games. The view of the golf course, lake, and mountains is breathtaking taking. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning having coffee and watching sunsets in the evening. Highly recommend and would stay again!!!!

This place was amazing overall 5/5 !! Stores are close by for any needs!! Only down side was the freezer from the fridge wasnt cold enough to keep things cold but no biggie definitely would book again !!

This stay was nothing short of amazing. I rented out both of her houses for my wedding weekend and it was AMAZING. Honestly, I can’t lie. I should have been removed from one as too many people showed up and it got loud. She was so kind in her message which I would have not been. Book this house! But follow the rules. ❤️

We were in town for the National Archery competition and did not want to stay in a hotel due to noise. This stay was peaceful and quiet. We cooked our own food and enjoyed out trip this time. The neighbors are very nice and Todd the host was checking on us to make sure if we had questions. It was a beautiful home and worth the money.

WOW! This is my favorite stay on air bnb (and my border collies). Beautiful, big back yard with tree swings, hammocks, large trees and mountain views. My pup and I bumped into the owner’s and their dogs only once (which was lovely!), so there’s lots of privacy if that’s what you’re looking for. The apartment itself was spotless and decorated so cute. They had so many little amenities— extra toothbrushes, cotton swabs, hair ties, etc. The apartment was very quiet, the only noise i heard was the occasional cute little footsteps from the dogs :) But even that was rare. The kitchen was great! I cooked at their place for every meal and the hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, and everything worked great. They also provided a dog bed, bowls, treats, and toys. Me and my pup felt incredibly welcomed, comfortable, and happy here :) I’ll be back soon!

We had an incredible stay at Mindy's place. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Our favorite was the pickleball court. My entire family loved playing. After our matches, the spa was the perfect place to unwind and view the beautiful Utah mountains. The kid's favorite was the inground trampoline and playset. We wish we could have stayed longer to have a BBQ in the backyard and a smore's night by the fireplace. We will come back! The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The basement apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 6. Mindy was so helpful during our stay. Her husband is also a pickleball instructor; next time, we'll take some lessons. I highly recommend this Airbnb! It has something for everyone to enjoy. P.S. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant only 10 min away. Sol Agave. Check it out!

Everything was amazing! Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The location was great and made it easy to get around. Communication with the host was excellent; they were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Second stay here, we had a family emergency so had to come to town earlier and they were able to accommodate the change in plans. Would definitely recommend!!!

The home was the perfect find for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, incredibly tidy. The host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook if we wanted to, though we loved using the helpful binder and the wall of recommended restaurants to local restaurants to explore the area. The house itself is stunning, just like the pictures. Meticulously groomed yard, furnishings perfectly suited to the space. Hands down, we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. This place was amazing in location and overall amenities. Looking right outside the windows, Mountain View. The place was clean, homey, and in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. So many things to do nearby or within driving distance. Jessica was great at answering questions I had. There are many restaurants or nearby stores for all your needs.

I was in Midway for a training weekend so, unfortunately, I really only slept and ate a quick breakfast at the condo! But I was very comfortable, and the location is fantastic. There is a pool very close to the bedroom door and other amenities like a bakery/coffee shop, I think, in the next building. Midway is a beautiful town. Wish I had had more time to play!
